The staff is friendly and they make an effort to not stock any spoiled or otherwise inedible foods. The fruit is fresh as are the vegetables and clean. The meat is clean and fresh and I dont Believe they use preservatives to keep their fresh meat looking fresh! I dont taste it anyway? The store is clean and convenient its just a great place and I enjoy visiting there to select what my family is going to eat next.

I have never actually been to Jay C but my friends brought me a baby shower cake from here and oh my god. It is literally the best cake I have ever had in my life!!! It is AMAZING! I could NOT stop eating it! It is the perfect amount of soft and fluffy with an unbelievable buttercream frosting ... nothing at all compares to how good it is!!!!

The pharmacy and customer service is horrible. The pharmacy makes up their own new policies without notifying their clients, the young skinny male technician who works there makes up lies on events that previously happened, and there was no store manager to talk to about my concerns so BYE! And good riddance...

Its convenient and has most of what you need. Selection isnt as great as Kroger though and prices seem to be generally a bit higher. For some reason they are always out of a lot of things, especially the Kroger brand popcorn.

Jay C Food Mart in Floyd Knobs has good deals on their food but their problem is theyre always out of things. How inconvenient when I drive to Floyd Knobs to get it and its not there. They should get rid of the store manager.

Always clean! Major plus. Friendly staff and to top that off every employee is treated good at the store. JayC is the only grocery store I go to since I moved out here 19 years ago. Helpful- friendly staff.

They take Kroger cards and have a decent selection. Definitely have to go elsewhere for some of the specialty items that some of the larger stores carry though.

They charge an extra 10% at check out per item. Rediculus, but convenient when you dont want to drive all the way to town for bread or milk.
