Pesima esta joyeria, es una estafa se niegan a pesar las prendas k te venden en cambio cuando te compran te la pesan y te lo quieren pagar a la mitad de lo k vale el pennyweight. Compre un anillo de compromiso en oro blanco hace un tiempo ahora voy y les digo k negocio podemos hacer k quisiera cambiarlo por uno de oro amarillo y me dicen k no k lo unico k pueden hacer es pagarme 70 dolares por el mio y venderme uno en 500 k falta de respeto cuando en verdad el oro blanco es mas caro k el dorado. Hay muchas otras joyerias para venir a acercase a una como esta, mi consejo es k se mantengan alejados.

Thieves!!! I asked to test my new gold bracelet that a family member brought me from Cuba just to make sure I did a good purchese. They told me that it was gold 14k when actually was 18k, so I desided going to the mall for a second opinion and tested there Yes! it was 18k . The mall jewelry guy showed me how gold is suppose to be tested and explained me that these people usually use this technique of lying just to make you an offer for the item so they can sell it later . I will never in my life going back to this store , please be very careful when buying something or asking for service from this place .

So i went today to size the wristband of my rolex and they said they coulnt do it because it was a fake. They didnt do it because the guy there dont know how to deal with jubilee bracelet. I went after to mayors paid 100 dollar and they gave me an rolex authenticity certificate. Dont go to this place with a clasic rolex please.
