I went in to pick up my necklace which had broken. When I had dropped it off it was in the same box I had gotten it in. I went to pick it up today and it wasnt in the box. I asked if I could have another one and the guy that was helping me said yeah no problem then another associate came over and said that they didnt just give them away and that if I had brought it in the box they would have given me the box back. His attitude was uncalled for and he should have minded his own business. The one who was helping me was great the other associate has now made it to where I will not give them my business any longer. I used to love Kay Jewelers and that just ruined my experience with them.

Beware of this store! Both craftsmanship and customer service are TERRIBLE! We were disappointed to find that they had cracked the diamond my late father had given to my mother as an engagement ring when we had gone to have it reset. Furthermore, they expected us to buy it back from them after they replaced the diamond with something of "equal" value. We will NEVER do business with this store again.

Every time I come in all of the employees are very helpful and attentive! Ive never had any problems with my jewelry, I love all of my pieces! They were very friendly when my fiancé and I purchased my engagement ring and did not push us to purchase something we couldnt afford! Keep up the great work!

Jordan was great ! I go to her for everything now. She fixed my watch, she helped me select a bracelet for my husband (he loves it) , gifts for my kids, etc... She is my go to for anything jewelry related. I really like her and trust her!
