Terrible experience! Went to pick up a bracelet I had repaired and regret that I have to continue to go there in order to keep the life time warranty valid. I told the lady I was there for a pick up. She put the bracelet, still in the clear envelope, on the counter along with the paperwork for me to sign. After I signed the paperwork, it seemed that as far as she was concerned, the transaction was complete. I told her "I guess if I want to see the bracelet I should open the envelope myself and take it out". Her reply was "do you want me to break it for you"? After that I had to ask for a Helzberg bag to put the darn thing in. It seemed that she expected me to put it in my pocket and walk away. Just before she got the bag for me, she TOSSED the bracelet (in the small clear envelope) on the counter, then just put the bag on the counter with no effort of putting the bracelet in the bag. This was a $700 bracelet which really does not matter because even if it was a $50 bracelet, I should have gotten better service. I will do what I have to in order to keep my warranty valid, but I will never spend another dollar with this company.

Mario was soooo helpful. My fiance and I had a somewhat tight budget for my ring, and when we had gone to other stores in the mall, we had some bad experiences with some of the sales people who were very condescending and kind of rude about what we wanted to spend (for example, one woman helping us at Kay Jewelers kept picking up rings that were obviously out of our price range and saying things like "I just have expensive taste, I guess!" and "I dont do cheap..."). However, Mario at Helzberg was so sweet and helpful. We actually werent even going to go in there, but Mario had just seen us looking a little confused near the directory and asked if we needed any help or directions. Im very glad we ended up going into Helzberg because Mario helped us pick out a beautiful ring that I LOVE and it was exactly the kind of price that worked for us, and he wasnt rude or judgmental or condescending at all. Im very grateful for our experience!

Dont come here for repairs.Three months after having my wedding ring resized at Helzberg Diamonds the shank broke. When I took it back in I was told that there was no record of my ring being sized, only record of prongs being replaced (I had that done at the same time). They wouldnt cover the cost to fix their mistake. They also told me that it had nothing to do with resizing, that it was just a weak spot in the band. I have had my ring for 16 years and have had no issues with the band until I brought it here. I took my business somewhere else, and am having to pay 160.00 to have it completely taken apart and repaired. I will never visit Helzberg Diamonds again!

Great, Great, Great customer service! Even though I didnt get my ring from them, they were awesome! Shopping for rings was great, no pressure, and we instantly felt welcome and reassured. We ended up going there to get the ring sized. They did a great job, for a great price. They sized the ring faster than they originally quoted and called to let us know it was ready. Everyone there has been super friendly. I would definitely suggest going to Helzberg over many other stores.
