I HAVE ONLY HAD ONE ISSUE HERE AND IT WAS A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO... BECAUSE THEY DROPPED THE BALL ON A INSURANCE CLAIM STATING I DID NOT HAVE TO BUY NEW INSURANCE ON A CROSS WHEN THEY EXCHANGED IT.... NOW THAT I HAD TO GET ANOTHER NEW CROSS... THEY WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PURCHASES INSURANCE FOR ANOTHER NEW CROSS... SO I WILL BE CONTACTING THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE TO SEE IF THEY WILL OVER RIDE THE SYSTEM AND MAKE IT RIGHT .... I DONT ONLY WANT AND NEED INSURSNCE ON THE CROSS I HAVE TO HAVE IT..... I DONT TRUST THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE OK...I DONT BELIEVE IT!!!!!! ESPECIALLY SINCE WITH THE OLDER CROSS HAD TO BE FIXED AND OR REPLACES 25 TIMES IN 3 YEARS.... I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE JEWELRY FROM HERE WITHOUT INSURANCE... ******MAKE SURE TO INSURE EVERYTHING YOU BUY FROM HERE*** ~~~~~DO NOT TAKE ANY KIND OF CHANCES~~~~ (YOU DONT WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.... YOU HAVE WORKED TO HARD TO MAKE IT.... AND ITS TO PRECIOUS TO TAKE TO CHANCE) ****** NO MATTER WHAT YOU BUY FROM MOVIES TO GAMES TO JEWELRY TO A HOME ....NO MATTER HOW LITTLE OR HOW BIG OR WHERE YOU BUY IT.... At 1:35 PM today I went to this location and was treated with the upmost disrespect. I arrived at the store at 1:06 and was not acknowledged at all until 1:35. At 1:35 the employee asked who was next. When I raised my hand she scoffed and asked the others if this was true. I said yes maam Ive been waiting for 30 minutes Id like your help. She replied that I seemed very impatient and rude, even though I treated her very politely. I asked her if they had a specific valentine product and before I could even finish she cut me off and said we dont have that. I tried to ask if they would have more and she said no we dont have interest in ordering more, but we will have substitutes late next week. I was very surprised by this and asked if the substitutes would include the members discount. She said no that ends today, if you dont want something here you cant have the discount. No where on the coupon did it depend on supplies. She then continued to try to make me make a purchase but I was not interested and started to leave. As I was leaving she said its your loss. Terribly disappointed with a seemingly convenient and quaint store that has nasty employees. I will be making a complaint to the company as well.

Associates lack even basic jewelry knowledge. They use sub par repair shops that irreparably smashed a pendant. We have another ring that we sent out for sizing. After a month and half they had lost it, found it then sent it to wrong shop. We got the ring back and the center stone was loose. The associate disagreed even though it was loose the the naked eye ( they lack a gem scope for proper checking ). They sent it out. A month later we get it back, the very end stone is about ready to fall out. Their jeweler doest check their work at all! We gave up. My Advice: take all your precious jewelry to Jared. They have a knowledgeable in-house repair shop and get it right the first time, they were the ones that fixed this ring properly even though it cost us money, but we got the ring back the next day!

Convenient location in the mall. Good selection. Sales staff was helpful but not friendly as expected compared to other Zales locations. Made purchase at another Zales primarily for this reason.
