We walked in on a Saturday morning. Both workers looked at us, one went back to the customer she was with, the other walked around the store to join her coworker & the customer. Neither said hello or acknowledged us. A very tiny store, there is really nowhere to go as you wait awkwardly to be addressed. I had my severely autistic daughter with me, & she said loudly she had to go to the bathroom. I redirected her while we continued to wait. I finally took her arm, & we left. We wont be returning.

I went in to show them some jewelry that the JOKE of a shop apex jewelers had messed up to get their opinion on it. not only did they say that it was a terrible job of sizing a ring but they also said keep an eye on it and if it breaks we will fix it! I also had showed her my ring (I am a mechanic) and it was more of an oval shape and she fixed that for me for free! HIHLY recommend this shop to anyone and their mom ( cause Im sure she has jewelry too) thank you guys :)

I have been resisting getting my engagement ring switched from the original 4 prong to a 6 prong so the diamond is not lost. I finally decided to go for it. I dropped my ring off on Tuesday and it was done on Friday if the same week. The best part is that the did an excellent job. It is perfection! My ring has not looked this good since I received it! I stopped in today to have a watch battery replaced as well as a size adjustment. Debbie took wonderful care of me and was very pleasant and fast. Not only did I experience this great service, but I wasnt charged either. Wanted to pass along the great experience. Great place!

I walked into Pinetree five minutes after closing on a wine walk night, with a watch that needed links taken out (so they knew I wasnt there to buy jewlery) and received phenomenal coustomer service. It was a nice reminder why my family and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Wonderful! I brought in my wifes wedding ring for repair and it turned out beautifully! The service was fantastic and I was charged exactly what I was quoted (which was far less than I was originally expecting to pay). Theyre good people :).

I brought in my watch and they had it fixed in a few minutes. In the meantime, they gave me a rundown of the must dos in the area. Highly recommend, a perfect example of why you should support local businesses. I will be back!
