I will never purchase anything from this company again. My fiancé bought our engagement ring here. Diamonds were falling out of my ring weekly, and every time we took it in to get a diamond replaced, we had to wait 2-3 weeks to get it replaced, until we finally complained and had them do it while I was in the store waiting. They told me it was our fault for not choosing a sturdier ring and that not all engagement rings are meant to be worn everyday. Finally, the ring bent and I took it in and then they decided that the ring was not good quality in the first place. They let us return the first ring and pay for a second, similar ring (costing us a couple hundred more, but that is the only ring similar to my first ring). They had the "spend enough money and get a free cruise" promotion going on, which was the when we bought our second ring, yet would not let us get the free cruise because they "were already bending over backwards allowing us to purchase a second ring". All the the sales girls are super nice and helpful. The girls always were willing to listen and help, just were overridden by mangement. They just have very poor management.

I was not greeted immediately as I entered the store. I had called ahead to ask if they would do a simple assessment of my jewelry and they informed me they could. I brought my items in and they told me that I had to make an appointment. (Even though they only had one other person in the store and at least 3 employees waiting around.) After the representative went back and forth between me and a person behind the counter, (just 10 feet away from me), I finally got an appointment for a two weeks later. This seemed like a lot of red tape to go through just to get an assessment to tell me what my jewelry was. It wasnt even an insurance appraisal (although they informed me that I would have to pay more money for an appraisal). I called a few other jewelers in town and McNulty Jewelers was excellent, looked at my jewelry right away (without charge), gave me the full assessment, answered all my questions and even stayed 20 minutes after they closed to take care of me. I will never go back to Luisa Graffs or recommend them to anyone. Their service was not that of excellence and they dont invest time with their customers.

I was a Desperate Man late in the Friday afternoon on Valentines Day following another 90-hour work week and without a gift for my beloved Wife. A female co-worker married for many years suggested that I stop in to Luisa Graff to solve my problem. I reached there at 6:00PM with one hour before they closed (I was thrilled that they were open late on Valentines Day), and was greeted right away by Jude. I especially praise Jude for making my visit OUTSTANDING: he was knowledgeable, patient (showed me at least a half-dozen cases), sensitive to my target budget, and FAST (had me in-and-out within 30 minutes). Jude helped me to track down a unique and beautiful designer Blue Topaz ring for my Wife that she was stunned to receive when I got home. The Professional Excellence and Laser-focus on Customer Service and Satisfaction that Jude demonstrated reinforced the merits of the excellent reputation that Luisa Graff has within the community, and personally made me a return Customer for years to come. Kudos Jude! -Chris Han Colorado Springs, CO

Working with the team at Luisa Graff Jewelers was an amazing experience. The company as a whole sets industry standards that no other jeweler in Colorado Springs can come close to. Their product, prices, service and knowledge are all unmatched. The rest of the industry needs to take notes from Luisa Graff. Working specifically with Rachel and Andrew was a pleasure. They spent the time going over everything with me. Gave me every option imaginable and let me take the time to make the best decision for me, with no pressure. They explained the difference and uniqueness with each item I looked at, along with educating me on what is going on in the industry and what they are doing to stay ahead of the pack. These guys know their stuff and it shows. If you are looking for tops in quality, experience and care, I encourage you to look around and do your research, but I promise you, you will end up at Luisa Graff Jewelers. Our very own Colorado Springs Jeweler.

Luisa Graff does not care about its customers! I bought wedding bands there for myself and my fiance; however, after having the rings for only two days we called off the wedding. I returned to Luisa Graff, explained the situation, and asked to return the rings (which had never been out of the boxes) after paying a restocking fee. The rings cost over $4,000 and they offered me ~$300 if I returned them! The women I spoke with also forced me to explain exactly why I was returning the rings (as though its not obvious), so I had to recount, in tears, that we were no longer planning to marry. The women then had the gall to suggest I simply wear the diamond wedding band on my right hand. That should solve everything! If you buy jewelry from Luisa Graff and the worst should happen, they will not work with you in any way to resolve the problem and they seem to enjoy humiliating their customers. Now Im stuck with these useless rings, thanks a lot Luisa Graff.

We were told that they offered the best in diamonds..yehuda diamond. My husband didnt know much about Diamonds and told me that it was the best when it came to clarity because that is what he was told. Long story short. Ring was lost. Took the appraised value written by Luisa Graff, and my insurance company laughed. They told me there was no way that a yehuda diamond or rather a clarity enhanced diamond could be worth the appraised value which was $2000 more than we paid but about 1/3 of what we paid. DO NOT trust these people when it comes to quality. Yehuda we later learned takes very poor quality diamonds and lasers them and fills them with a filler and markets them for less money but we paid $7000 for a junk diamond and ring barely worth $3000 retail ...THEY were suppose to tell us what CLARITY ENHANCED meant and not sugar coat it..DECEPTION and cheaters. Im using my maiden name because I dont trust these people

My 8 yr old daughter and I stopped in one day when we had nothing better to do. I am on the hunt for the perfect jacket for an antique diamond ring. Brooke greeted me with a smile and began to show me around. She showed us where the kids corner was located and started a movie for my daughter. That didnt last two seconds, as my daughter loves jewelry and Luisa Graff has a plethora of beautiful pieces. Brooke had a trainee with her, who began showing pieces to my daughter while Brooke worked with me. I really appreciated that they didnt seem bothered that I wouldnt be buying a ring that day, as I am considering making a custom ring. Brooke explained the process in depth. They were so kind and genuine, I will likely return to have my custom ring made there very soon! The customer service was through the top amazing!!
