Went to get my ring and earrings estimated to be fixed about 2 months ago. A lady estimated about 90-100 dollars to be repaired. I thought it was a little steep but affordable. So my husband and I decided to shop around for more prices. Weve purchased the jewelry at Zales, but we love little "Mom and Pop Shops." Went back to the store today to make sure the price was the same for repairs. $100 for a tiny diamond on an enhancement. $200 for the mount to be fixed for the ring. Also,$75 to put a stone in a pair of earrings..I was floored!! Needless to say, went to Zales afterwards and had them repaired for $89..Dont judge a book by its cover...

Very friendly and EXPERT service here. I took in my wifes wedding ring for a repair and decided to chance a local shop, figuring they would have more experience, and I was right... but the surprise was how affordable it was. I am never going back to the well-dressed cluelessness of the shopping mall jewelers!
