for the third time I decided to let them try to sell me a vehicle. had issues with the manager both times and bought elsewhere. I knew exactly what I wanted for a new vehicle and brought my trade in for appraisal and after waiting and waiting (the place was empty and he appeared to be doing nothing) for the manager to look at it I just gave up and left! Salesman was excellent and extremely knowledgeable but, the manager sucks!! he has no concept of a customers time. could have given them a hell of a sale on a $45,000 SUV but ill give my business to another dealership unfortunately thats not local. they really need to work on the management there!

Had 2 experiences here and both times the sales staff appeared to need more training before being allowed to sell unsupervised, financial manager needs to more forward and honest with potential customers. We were pre-approved for financing at Broadway Chrysler through our own financial institute and they wouldnt accept the financing

sales team was not impressive, manager was impossible when negotiating. Check engine light came on the day after i got the truck home. overall would not trust this dealership

They scammed me into paying DOUBLE !! For the price of the car, unfortunately I cannot return it or report this because they answer to "no one"!
