Went to Hom to see what was available in mattresses. The staff were polite and not pushy. When we decided on the mattress we wanted, we ended looking at furniture as well, especially what might be available. We were turned over to Kyle Chance the Sales Manager, who was able to answer our questions completely and offer us a discount on a recliner sofa. He did not pressure us but gave us his business card, even adding his personal cell phone number in case we had further questions. After visiting another competitor, we decided to purchase from Hom. Working through Kyle led in part to our decision. We would buy from Hom again.

Our visit here was none the less a Wonderful experience. We went somewhere else first. Big mistake on our part.came to hom for a bed set n walked out with more for the money. We were there on a Thursday night n spoke with John. He was so easy & knowledgeable to deal with. We purchased a bed set that evening then went back sat morning & bought 2 other items. Other than a little glitch with our bed cover & there people at there warehouse we have decided to go back when we are looking for a couch. Go see them u will not be disappointed. Thanks alot John & team. We will return great job.

A pet-related blunder led to an emergency trip to HOM for a sofa and, despite the last-minute circumstances, it turned out to be an upbeat, almost fun experience. Found several options that we could take home that day, with the able assistance from Kyle C, who showed great patience, tact, and a sense of humor. Got a sofa and rug; good quality and reasonably priced. Well be back. But hopefully not because of a critter faux pas . . . .

Have a warranty issue and evidently they think no one has a job. The only time they can look at it is on Thursdays and you absolutely dont know what time. They are suppose to call you the day before and they keep calling the wrong number. Its amazing they are definitely willing to take your money when your buying , but when it comes to warranty its when they can get around to it.
