Poor management. Seems everyone is on a different schedule with things scaddered all around the store. Employees seem to not be having fun, thats what work is all about but within the past year I believe they switch managers as well as assistant manager, the other assistant manager Debbie was amamzing, friendly and very helpful, and now management there is poor. I believe theres another manager to has no business to be there, I have been there multiple times where she has been yelling at employees, I believe her name is Sophia. If I knew how to complain about that Sophia lady I would. She just the definition of a poor manager. Overall Poor management all the way around in the store. I feel bad for the employees. Want the old management back, they were the best and the only reason Im giving this store 2 stars.

Pardon my review as it is made from the point of video of a husband who was dragged along for the visit. This "treasure hunt" style store is related to TJ-MAXX and Marshalls, where the sections have loosely organized areas with next to no rhyme or reason to placement. Its very much like a high end good-will... where the items are new instead of used. The prices seem average to fair, none of the deals jumped out to me as ridiculous or anything like that. Often when viewing an item I laughed when I saw "the original price" thinking "wow would someone actually pay that?". lol This store is fair enough, overall, to visit. Its just nothing special really. Men, if you can manage to stay in the car while she shops: do that instead.

There are lots of items for home at a good price. None of the associates asked if I needed any help. Great layout of items and the sections are labeled with huge signs so you dont have to walk around looking for a specific area.

I havent seen the manager who always wore shirt and tie in a while! The young man even thanked me for my military service. I think his last name was Jackson, or was it Johnson??, anyway he earned yall five stars!
