This had to be the BEST shopping experience ever! A family business that is in it for the heart: No pressure, kind respect at every turn, and considerate communication to circumvent any possibility of potential issues. When you add this to the fact that their prices are GREAT makes me want to send everyone their way. After all, since I am new to Rockwall, I needed to rely on online reviews in the first place. So now I am returning the favor by writing my own. This place is THE place to go if you wish to feel good about what I believe is a very important purchase!!

My husband and I were impressed with the ease of buying a mattress from the Mattress Experts. They have a small shop in downtown Rockwall and dont have all of the expenses that these new chain stores have so they have the best deals around. Both of the men who work there are extremely helpful and patient and when you are ready to buy, they will have you all set in minutes. We walked out with our bed that same day and were glad to have done business with them.

If you are looking for a mattress you have to use mattress experts. I was able to order exactly what I needed over the phone at work and had it delivered that night when I got off of work. The customer service is without rival. Brian was extremely helpful over the phone and personally delivered my product that same night. Please do not go to a chain mattress store. This is by far some of the best customer service I have seen from any retail store.

I visited all the mattress stores in town and these guys can give you the best variety, best prices, and same day delivery. The shopping experience is superb. Also, a funny note: they have the greatest candles for sale too.
