I came to check out some furniture at 6:50pm and the guy whos working just locked the door on me and it says 7 pm on the door for closing time, I just came from work and wont have time to come another time, this is ridiculous of false advertising and not honoring the time that they put on the door. Who does this! I would like to speak to the owner of this store and see that is this how he runs a business!? I usually dont put a review but I dont want anyone else wasting their time coming here! Which is why I am putting this review, plus Im a Old Customer here! I did not like one bit the fact of them closing early especially right when Im walking towards the store. I would have given 0 stars but have to give atleast 1 star to put this review!

My wife and I went in to the Greenville Ave location needing several pieces of furniture. The owner- Brian, was leaving the store as we arrived but he came back into the showroom to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We started out just looking at sofas, then on to mattresses, then dining sets. We werent planning to buy all three that night, but Brian worked with us and gave us a great price so we bought all of it. He was very helpful as were the other salesmen in the store. We love our new furniture. It was a great buying experience AND EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING!!!

The store does not look like much from the outside. It is in older area on Greenville Ave, but they have a massive inventory inside. We purchased a new bedroom set for under $1000 and it was available for immediate delivery and we live in Plano. Robert took good care of us. Prices were much lower than the national chains we had visited earlier in the day. Try to avoid the area after 6pm. The traffic blows.

We went in last week and purchased a bedroom set. Prices were much better than what we had seen and the big national retailers. We got exactly what we wanted and the quality of the furniture was great. It was delivered just a few days later. I recommend highly.

These guys were the greatest! Nancy, their sales person had the most positive and upbeat attitude! They was really helpful with my financial situation and I was able to get the sofa Id always wanted at a great price. Even the delivery guys were great.
