Went in to inquire about new tires to just get a quote, and walked out an hour later with new tires mounted on the vehicle. Allowed for a quick bite of lunch at Pita Pit right next door and the vehicle was ready to go. I did some work on my vehicle that required removing the tires and noticed I now had a cross-threaded stud that was ruined. Sent an email in to Discount Tire and the very next day the store was in contact with me to fix the issue. I was leaving for a trip in a couple of days so I called around to have the stud fixed and Discount Tire covered the cost with no questions asked although they didnt have too. Great customer service and extremely friendly staff. I will definitely be ordering a second set through them for my other vehicle and any future sets or recommendations will be pointed there way.

I had a flat tire and I went in to ask how much itll cost to get it fixed and they told me theyll fix it for free. Im a broke college student so this was HUGE! What also impressed me was the great customer service they provide. They fixed my tire in less than 30 minutes and I was told there were 2 cars that were ahead of me. Thank you very much for coming in clutch, Discount Tire . I highly, highly, highly recommend.

Was just there to have my tires fixed for slow leaks, tires were shot. Was hoping to get a few more miles out of them, they replaced them with used tires that were safe and told me to have them at no charge!!! Will be back soon to get a new set, just low on cash right now. No tire store in Des Moines, Iowa has ever offered what Discount Tire did for me today. Will be back!!!! A+++++++++++++++++

Excellent service. I was 30 minutes late for my appointment on Sat. Oct 1st and they were still able to fit me in and get me out in under an hour. Professional staff with close eye on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend to anyone needing new tires without breaking the bank. Absolutely amazing!! They were friendly and very thorough with their work, from making sure my tires were safe enough to drive on to going replacing my tire and letting me k ow when I need to come back into get them rotated. They didnt push me into buying extra stuff, but only recommended it. They are definitely keeping me as a customer.

As I was about to walk in, I was greeted by them opening the door for me. Just everyone there was awesome! Very polite, very friendly. The building was very clean. I just moved to Iowa, and found out most of the staff pretty much moved to Iowa as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. You guys won my future business. Thank you.

Great customer service but they failed to diagnose a very slopped out wheel bearing. They said my tires were previously "counterbalanced" so they rebalanced and sent me on my way. Got the wheel bearing done in Omaha after that discount did correctly diagnose it. Very helpful staff none the less just need some training

Extremely fast, helpful, and affordable! I let them know my price range and they stuck to it. It was only 30 minutes from when I stepped in the door until I was walking out with 4 new tires. Plus, all tire maintenance is free! Im so impressed! I will never go anywhere else after today.

Absolutely everyone here is super polite. They will make sure you walk out satisfied and happy. Their prices are reasonable and they work their hardest to get you in and out in a timely fashion. They also offer the best tire warranty that I have ever heard of, come and check it out!

Great pricing on all tires. The service though, is outstanding. I had an issue with one tpms sensor after having new pirelli tires installed at discount tires. They took care of the issue immediately - great customer service.
