I moved to the East Valley and started visiting Superstition Harley Davidson in the hopes of finding a new Harley that fit my needs. After several visits and dreaming of my new ride, I ended up buying my bike at Superstition Harley Davidson. The people working there were very helpful, not pushy like other typical dealerships I have visited in my search. I want to mention one salesman in particular, Flip, who answered all my questions, was very patient, and even treated me with a lot of respect after telling him I wasnt ready to purchase a new bike after my first couple visits. It wasnt till about a month later that I finally decided to part with my old ride and purchase a new bike. I specifically went back to Flip who impressed me by his attitude about just helping me get the ride that was right for my wife and I, and not about pushing me into something I was not interested in just to make a sale (like I experienced at other dealerships). Flip also followed up with me by phone to make sure I was happy with the purchase and asked if I needed help with instructions on any of the features on the bike, such as programming the alarm or the stereo. After the bike purchase, I made several other purchases from the parts department for the bike, to new helmets and clothing for myself and my family. Although I dealt with Flip primarily for the purchase of my new ride, all the people there helped with answering my questions on the bike I was looking at, from the parts people to other sales personnel, with no pressure at all. Because of our work schedules, several of the staff stayed after hours to help with the delivery of the bike, and helping us with the purchase of new helmets the following day. They went out of their way to take care of us. Highly recommend this dealership!!!

: I recently picked up my Street Glide from Superstition Harley. I brought it in for an insurance repair job. I worked with Jack and his team. MJ was also available for me whenever Jack was off. I found both MJ and Jack to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to take advantage of the labor time the insurance company was paying for to upgrade parts and have a little bling installed. Everyone was wonderful about working with me to maximize my savings. So the next morning after dropping my motorcycle off I received a phone call telling me a potential problem we had discussed that I may have been forced to address, was not an issue (saving me several hundreds of dollars). The complete job was done the day before it was promised, so I swung by and brought it home. I always go over my bike whenever someone else has wrenched on it. I found several things they did, that a less reputable shop may have overlooked. and it was nice that they took the time to adjust and fitt items perfectly. I only have a couple miles on it since the work was done, but so far I have to say it was a Five star Job by all involved! Thanks!!!

"The NEW Superstition Harley team is is awesome! My husband and I quit shopping there 3 or 4 years ago after a service related incident, saying to ourselves wed NEVER return. However, a couple weeks ago we stopped in just out of curiosity and were extremely pleased to see the new and improved way of doing business! I was interested in a used Softail, unfortunately, after talking with finance, we realized it wasnt going to happen that day. But during the following week, I was very surprised and excited to find out via text/phone calls that I could still get a deal done and was invited back to sit down to the details. Long story short...Matt and Andrew got me on the road after a couple hours on a sweet 2012 Slim!! I was walked through the store after making my purchase and introduced to all the departments, I even got an opportunity to meet one of the owners! (Justin, you have an incredible group of people!) I must say that this being my 3rd Harley purchase, it was by far, my most memorable and least aggravating! Great people, great store!! You folks earned our business back! Thank you very much!"

Superstition harley davidson is the only place to go for bike of quality and customer service. I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my buying experience amazing. I honestly feel like the bike i purchased was of most importance. When I bought this beautiful bike I was able to get it for a great price with Warranty from good ol Andrew. Amazing person might I add, you need a bike talk to Andrew! The bike i purchased was a 2013 fat boy lo with 4,600 miles, and a ton of custom parts added to the bike. After purchase of the bike i unfortunately ran into a minor issue pertaining to the bike that I wanted to address with harley. Roscoe in service and Eric the finance manager took this small issue I had encountered extremely serious and went way beyond what I had expected! Making 1000% sure I was a satisfied customer! From the clothing section, bike selection, service, sales and finance I was treated like family. Thank you superstition harley davidson for you commitment to honesty, commitment, loyalty! You have an amazing staff and would never shop anywhere else!

Listen I wont lie. Ive been to this place and have had problems in the past. Things happen. Sometimes things that seriously pissed me off and got me seething mad. But that doesnt matter. What matters is what they do with it. These people every time heard me out, apologized if they were wrong and when I was wrong still treated me with respect and explained it to me in a way that was honest and real. They go above and beyond when I needed them the most every single time. They do the right thing. Thats important to me. Parts through service and even to sales. The technicians are excellent. The detailers seriously do a great job for being a free service. Kudos to you guys. You get no props, but i see you. No ones perfect, but i tell you what. I rather come here than take my bikes to anyone else. I appreciate you guys. Even after i yell at you. Haha seriously thank you for you service and help through the years. So merry Christmas to you all. Come here if youre tired of dealing with the idiots. They will treat you right.

This is a great dealership with "old fashioned" customer service. Although I dont yet have a Harley the staff are always warm, helpful and inviting. When I rode my bike down from Alberta late September they helped me explore ways to upgrade and made excellent suggestions on rides. As well they extended an open invitation to join them on any of their rides with the dealer an offer I am anxious to take up. Ruthie has been very helpful whenever my family has looked for clothing and accessories. Flip has stayed in touch by phone and always takes time to catch up on every visit. This is the way to run a business and build customer and brand loyalty.

Have had my 2007 FLSTC in twice for different problems. Each time the service staff was friendly and helpful. The repairs were completed quickly and even sooner than promised and at a very fair price. I would recommend their service department without hesitation. I also recently have attended several of their dealer rides and functions and enjoyed every one of them. If your are looking for great service whether in the service dept, parts, motorclothes or for a new bike. See the friendly staff a t Superstition Harley Davidson. This is the only dealership that I have known, where the owner of the dealership comes on the dealer rides..
