I would rate my experience at MVP 5 out of 5 stars. Sierra was excellent to work with. She knows the product and after listening to my questions and how Im going to use the product she was very helpful in suggesting the best base machine and the added accessories and options that would get me what I wanted and needed. MVP was very accommodating and worked with their other locations to get me the machine and save me some travel time. I really appreciate their efforts to go the extra mile. All the employees were professional and helpful. I am very impressed how I am listened to and my questions are answered quickly and thoroughly before and after the sale. This is my first purchase from MVP and I feel like they are going to take care of me not only now but into the future. I look forward to working with Sierra and MVP again. I had to call back three times to finally talk to a sales person about purchasing a snowmobile this fall. Every time I called they promised me a call right back. When I finally got pricing it was competitive. Ultimately I bought a sled from another dealer that was more responsive. I wish it would have been a better experience.

I have never gotten the runaround worse than dealing with these people. Drove there twice to pick up a sled they said they had and got there to find out they didnt have it. Waste of time dealing with them. All I needed was a phone call and for them not to lie about thier inventory.
