Adrenaline Motorsports is simply the best UTV/Motorcycle dealer in the Phoenix area PERIOD! I was so frustrated dealing with Ride Now Chandler and Peioria, and even Apache -Scottsdale, Im glad I took the time to call and take the 30 minute drive to Casa Grande. I saved $2628 OTD price on the same Can Am Ride Now was trying to pad their prices on. Although $500 of this savings was on the agreement I spend $3k on accessories. Plus Adrenaline gives you 10-20% off all the accessories when you purchase your ride from there. I dropped over $8K in accessories and saved about $1300 compared to other local dealers I priced. If you buy your machine here they give you a 10% discount on Can Am parts and 15-20% on other 3rd party parts. That rocks. I hate paying MSRP. Im a Ninja internet savvy shopper and this was important to me as I LOVE UPGRADES and a good deal. Plus their install rates are lower then other dealers ($85/hour) so Ill be saving on that too. Price to be determined still as all those difficult accessories of a lot of electronics are being wired in now. $3K estimate, Ill update after the install is finished. Luke and Nathan really know product knowledge on parts and install, these guys are awesome! These guys know custom so Im looking forward to the end result. Any parts you want can be ordered quickly although they had almost everything in stock for my Can Am X3 XRS anyway. Be sure and ask for the FOX Racing shock TUNE, not the Can Am factory OTD version. Fox racing wants it one way, Can Am corporate has it a different way. The Fox way gives you 3" more of ground clearance and a softer better ride. FOX is the best in the shock industry!!!!! Tommy the sales manager is awesome.... no BS or trying to play price games with you. Hes straight up. Of course you can negotiate with him but they dont play bait and switch games or inflate their prices with hidden fees. You will get good to great deal. I called...he gave me a good price over the phone, told me all fees, and offered me a TEST RIDE if I come in. So I did...got my test ride which Ride Now actually talked me out of test ride...go figure. Then Tommy gave me my price sheet and it was spot on...no hidden fees, exactly what he said. An honest salesman who has been this industry for many years. Later that night, after I made my purchase I had concerns if I made the right decision in a 2 vs 4 seater Can Am. I lost sleep over this and called Adrenaline first thing in the morning when they opened knowing they were in the process of adding all those accessories. The owner Nick called me personally to tell me all the differences in 2 vs 4 seater and put my mind at ease that I made the right decision. 2 SEATER ALL THE WAY on this particular machine X3 XRS. He was willing to change cars for me if I wanted even though the custom parts were already being installed. These people really know how to take care of their customers. As a small business owner myself who pays close attention to details with my customers I really appreciated this. Although Adrenaline Motorsports Casa Grande is a smaller shop, you dont get that high pressure sale vibe here. Its more laid back and a personal experience. What a night and day difference between this and the "corporate feel" of Ride Now. Yes Ride now has huge stores with lots of eye candy, but I will only use them as a show room now. Dont waste your time with Ride Now like I did, call Adrenaline first. Ill report back after my $8K in accessories are custom installed along with some pics. As long as they pay close attention to detail here too I have no worries and Adrenaline has earned my business forever. Now I can sleep good at night knowing I made the right decision on this expensive hobby. :) Adrenaline Motorsports do help make dreams come true.

I just want to say thank you to Rikki and the crew at adrenaline, they are the best! I bought my first side by side at the big box store in chandler. I was told what a great deal I got, but was never informed that just around the corner was the next bombshell from can am, the x3. My mistake for not researching more. So all things said, after a year of owning a great can am maverick max, I still wanted an x3 . I went back to the big box store and was told sorry bout your luck. So I looked around and found adrenaline motorsports. Contacted Rikki and he said,"lets see what we can do." Now mind you I know they are a business and have to make money, but he worked his ass off to get me a deal that I cant thank him enough for! I was even able to lick my wounds for my stupidity and still add a couple of very nice accessories and still walked away happy. The parts department were very knowledgeable and helped me pick parts that would make me have fun not just money for them.. in the end I walked away being able not to just ride now, but to be able to afford to ride later too.. thanks again to all you guys for everytjing.. cant say it enough.

I cant express how awesome these guys are. You can tell by their attitude that this is small business, not a huge chain store. Sales guys are amazing... I live in Tucson so they are an hour away and I will never buy local for my kawasaki needs. I will drive the hour because of how they treat the customer. You are not just another dollar to them ypu are family and we all know how important family is. Ricky and his sales team are second to none. Do not i repeat DO NOT SHOP RIDE NOW....They are plain and simple crooks...these guys are simple the definition of what great customer service is about...staying late away from their own families to make sure a deal goes right. Thank you one again Ricky and Matt for doing all you do. If i forgot to mention anyone sorry. But they are now my go to for any and all motorsports needs...the one i did forget to mention was Adam...simply amazing people

Khambrel Hunt

Got new tires put on my street bike. On the way home one bolt from my front caliper came out and the other one was loose. I hit the front brake to turn and my bike started to wobble really bad pulled over as soon as it happen. Thats when I looked and seen I was missing bolts called the shop back and told me to bring the bike back. Took the bike back the next day first the over tightened my bolts when they put the bolts back in. I asked for a refund on my service I was told the manger said all they would do was give me 20% on my next service or 20 bucks back I took the 20. I could have got seriously hurt if the caliper would have went in my front wheel and locked it up and all I could get back was 20 bucks I will never take my bike there again.

If I here that motorcycles are considered a toy and its not like trying to buy a car. This place was horrible. I dont know how they make money. They could careless if they sell something. And that sales rep is a liar and a joke. The General Manager/Finance Manager/Clown is an idiot. Why would I volunteer a bunch of money down if I dont have too. So the money I do have will go to someone else then. I will never step foot in that joke of a store. I contact hundreds of people in the local market and you better believe I will share my opinion with them.
