Recommended Business!! To BUY OR SELL... GOLD ...JEWELERY...WATCHES....COINS!! NEW OR ESTATE PIECES & JEWELRY REPAIR!!! Honestly I just would not go anywhere else if I had a need for jewellery repair - appraisals - or to buy and sell. I have personally known Raymond for about 23 years now. This is a family-owned-and-operated business where you can always expect complete honesty. I dont go on here recommending businesses very often and Raymond does not even advertise on my buy sell trade page. However, people are always asking me where to sell gold, jewelry, or watches. Many people make the mistake of going to Silver Queen. Theyre not a bad business they will not be as fair with you and you cannot always count on complete honesty. You will never walk out of Raymond Arnold having been taking advantage of or being left on educated about what you brought to him. The staff is well-trained and though you may or may not have the rare opportunity to meet Mr Arnold himself his children and his sister and other family members are there and you can always count on the best service, and complete satisfaction every time. Over the last 25 years as I was growing my businesses and running all over the place Raymond Arnold was steadfast in building his future for his family, going from pawn shop where I used to buy and sell gold from time to time... to one of the most top notch jewelry stores I have ever encountered. Raymond Arnold deals in high end new and vintage jewellery, watches, Rolex, high-end diamonds, coins, and so much more. He and his family have been wonderful to me and mine over the years and Im just putting this up today as a thank you for no other reason than it just crossed my mind.

Bought a somewhat mis-represented item, a proof coin set,which I expected to be complete and turned out to be a partial set. Listing header represented it as a boxed coin set, last sentence in the description: comes COMPLETE with box and papers. However, in the earlier part of the description, it does say 21 coins out of 28. Bought it and paid for it. When realized it was not what I expected-immediately sent an email,asking to cancel and refund. My initial request got ignored(possibly not answered expeditiously). My second request next day actually did get responded to- I received my money back. I was actually impressed with this(hence 2 stars in this review)- so decided to drop them an email thanking them, only to find out that Ive been blocked for "suspicion of fraud". I find this to be outrageous- if one party in this interaction could be accused of fraud- it would be them- I initially attributed it to be an "over-sell" ,not intentional fraud by Arnold Jewelers- I guess they do not want customers who actually request correction to their mis-representations. Oh well , Ill survive....

Nothing short of an amazing experience at Arnold Jewelers. I knew I needed to part ways with some of my old jewelry to make ends meet, I was dreading the day I would finally "take care of business." The Arnold commercials are always entertaining and I knew they were known for offering a reasonable value when selling your pieces to them, better than their competitors -- it was time to pay them a visit. I was greeted by Loni who was also my buyer, and maybe my therapist for the day! She was a true professional. She advised me of the value of each of my pieces, made some recommendations, and even identified some loose gemstones from my jewelry box -- just because I asked. She was tremendously knowledgeable, as well as humble, and willing to ask her family for a second set of eyes on a few of my pieces - just to make sure she offered an appropriate value. It was a perfect experience during an imperfect time for me. When you visit Arnold Jewelers, youll be treated with the care and concern of a family member - I certainly was.

Hands down the best Rolex selection in all of Florida and even better prices! I researched my watch purchase for a good 3 months prior to making the commitment. There are a lot of people who sell preowned Rolex but I was overwhelmed by the selection available at Arnolds. The watches are all in incredible condition and come with an excellent warranty. Ben was my helpful and very knowledgeable sales assistant. He walked me through all the varieties, features and even taught me about the history of many of the watches. After working with Ben for a couple of hours I chose my 2005 Stainless Submariner. I could not be more happy with the overall experience. If you are looking for professional, honest and knowledgeable jewelers look no further than Arnold Jewelers. I will be a customer for life! The process of finding the "perfect" engagement ring can be an exhausting process. Between learning the 5 Cs and trying to find a reputable jeweler who isnt going to over charge can be overwhelming. I went to at least 5 different places and Arnolds was my last. Loni and the entire team at Arnold Jewelers were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did she help me find the perfect diamond for our budget and the quality I was hoping for, she also helped my fiancée with the proposal! I typically dont like to give reviews unless the business was exceptional; Loni and Arnold Jewelers truly are exceptional! Without a doubt, if you want a personal touch to the engagement ring shopping process the ONLY place to go is Arnolds.

My family has dealt with Arnold Jewelers for several years. Recently I had a pair of custom earrings designed. I wanted to use my mothers diamonds, but other than that I had no idea what I wanted! I gave a few ideas to Chris and she came up with the perfect design. Of course, nothing goes as planned. I had several issues with my ear lobes *laugh* that warranted Andrea to get involved. Now there were three of us trying to get the earrings just right. It took time & patience on their part, but they were totally committed to making me happy. Now I can say my earrings are absolutely PERFECT!! You cannot get service and dedication like that anywhere else! Thank you Chris & Andrea. Maxine

I recently bought an engagement ring from Arnolds and couldnt be more happy. Living out of state wasnt even the slightest hinderance, as Loni emailed me a variety of rings to choose from. Once I figured out the one I wanted I was able to put it on layaway and pay it off at my own pace. Once paid in full Arnolds shipped it overnight to me at no cost. I was personally called the moment it was shipped and it arrived the very next day in perfect condition. I couldnt have asked for a better shopping experience. I had been looking for a loose diamond for an engagement ring all around the Tampa Bay area, and on line. The search stopped at Arnolds. They are a family owned business with a very knowledgeable staff. Everyone was so friendly, and helpful. No high pressure sales tactics, no B.S. I dealt mainly with Loni, and her father, throughout the process, but everyone I encountered there was so pleasant and friendly. A huge difference from the big chain jewelry stores. I was surprised that the prices were so competitive since they are a locally owned business. I am glad I found Arnolds. All my friends and family will be sent their way for any future jewelry business.
