I felt wary entering another jewelry store after getting poor treatment from one just the week before but I was absolutely wrong to feel that way! Kathy, the clerk who helped me spent nearly two hours with me as I tried on both estate jewelry and plain settings for the diamond I already had. Kathy even had me try on her own to get a feeling of something different. She was personable, beyond friendly and didnt pressure me into a direction I was unsure about, which I was most afraid of. When I finally picked up my ring on my third visit, she had gone out of her way to get me an engagement gift. Im still unbelievably pleased with the service I received there and thats not even counting with how in love I am with the ring selection I made. I would recommend this place to anyone now and insist they visit on a Friday just to be sure they get to work with Kathy, too.

LOVE THIS STORE!!! I have purchased here before and have always been happy with the merchandise and service, but today I bought in several items to be repaired. Not only did they fix everything on the spot, but they charged me NOTHING. I was fully prepared to drop everything off and pick it up later with a charge. Im sorry that I didnt get the name of the younger gentleman that helped me, but he was great. I have always had a positive experience here.

I love this shop! I found a wedding band here 4 days before my wedding on St Pete Beach 2011 in the estate jewelry section that matched my Engagement Ring perfectly, the staff were very knowledgeable, very friendly and let me browse with no pressure or hovering. They sized the ring in one day and it was perfect! I return here every time i am in the area.

So friendly and helpful! Went in a few hours before my wedding to have my ring cleaned and they examined it and found that my center stone was loose. They fixed it, cleaned it in three minutes, and educated me about proper care of the ring to ensure it stays beautiful! They were the friendliest staff ever! Highly recommend them!
