They have done a great job by me. I switch from kays to zales bc they up hold thier warranty that you purchase 100 percent. I spend a lot of money on jewlery for holidays and they have always worked hard to give me the best prices and helped me to figure out what best fits for what i need. I even brought them a watch from kays that i only had for a year and barley wore that needed new battery and my son dropped so needed new crystal and when they fixed it they accedently broke one of the hands so they replaced the whole watch. I know we are human and accidents happen and they owed it and fixed the problem by replacing the whole watch and for that i am greatful for. So thanks Zales you are my #1 jeweler. Thank you for being so polite and looking out for my best interest and not just what will line your pockets!!!!

If I could rate this experience as 0 stars, I absolutely would. Service started out okay when we were first buying the ring and declined from there. We recieved no updates and when we did they were incorrect. Went up twice, completely out of the way to come back without a ring. The last time was today and the ring was the wrong size. Felt like they completely blamed us for this issue.. And even said we were lucky to have had the jewelry protection plan. As if we would have had to pay for their mistake! The ring was even labelled "special order" for the upsize!! The issue was resolved with corporate, but you can guarantee we will not be bringing our business to THIS LOCATION ever again.

This store has the absolute worst customer service. I stood in line waiting to be helped for 20 minutes. The employees skipped over me countless times to help other people who walked in after I did. And trust me, the employees saw me and knew I needed help and we even made eye contact. The way I was treated is absolutely not tolerable and I will never go to this location again. These people really need to learn how to value their customers. Such a shame. I took my business to crown jewelers across the way, much better service. I was greeted within ten seconds.

This store is the great and the manager is the best. My husband and I buy all our jewelry there. We also have our daughter and son in law buying jewelry there as well.Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience. you guys rock you are the best. The Crowleys
