I was looking for a wedding band and wanna have a look of different metals in real life (Internet pictures just dont cut it). I am interested of a band made of Palladium. However, the sale person (a middle age lady) kept saying "You mean Platinum?". She was a little rude and have a little bad attitude. I may have some Asian accent, but I am pretty sure "Palladium" and "Platinum" sounds very different. In my opinion, that sale person is not very passionate of what she do...and she doesnt have enough knowledge to work at the front line. I mean Palladium wedding band is one of the hottest and popular metal since Ironman came out. I will never step into that store again!

I have had only the worst experiences here and at other Kay Jewelers across the country. I was told that my ring would be ready after 10 days and received an email saying to come pick it up. I came in and the ring was still not ready, despite the email I had received. I was told it would be ready by the next Wednesday and that they would call me. By Thursday I still hadnt received a call so I called them to pick it up and finally got it after 16 days. When I complained about the service the employees just made excuses. Do not go here if you can help it! Bonaci in Kent does a really good job, go there instead!

This place scams you! I bought a service contract and the saleswoman assured me that it would cover screwbacks on earrings. She told me to wait 5 weeks and make a claim. I made a claim today and the person on the phone said "Theyre not covered." KAY JEWELERS SELLS FLIMFLAM CONTRACTS. They tell you whatever they think you want to hear to make you buy a worthless piece of paper.

Great customer service ! The manager made it for me to have my ring after I returned it because another location couldnt. Highly recommended, great customer service and friendly! Huge thank you to the manager for making it possible. Nothing like the federal way manager Tara White!
