went there looking for a selection of pens for coloring my adult coloring books. They didnt have much of anything there. There was only 2 people there when I went. the one guy wouldnt leave my side. It was great when I had questions but when I didnt have any more and it was just up to me to make up my mind and I had told him "thanks Ill find you if I need you." and he stayed . That was a little creepy. I had to just walk away from him.

I called in to ask if they had a certain item. They cashier said they had something similar but not exact. When I got to the store, I looked around for the item myself and didnt find the item. I was asked if I was finding what I needed by the manager. I shared what I was looking for and she asked if I had called earlier and proceeded to inform me they had set aside the item in case I came in. Made my day!

The service reps here were able to help me resolve an issue caused by another location on my rewards account. On another occasion, they matched an expired price (almost 50% off) on paper without even making me wait while someone verified that I was telling the truth about the missed sale sign. This is definitely one of the best Office Depot locations.

Good place to go if you need supplies today. Otherwise, yould do much better buying your stuff online. Store is clean, and the staff are friendly.
