I went there to cash a check last Thursday two older woman and a young male with glasses who said he was a manager laughed at me told me I was a liar and they never have cashed my check there before. When I described the person who did they said " oh yea her she is no longer with us" they did not apologize they did not act as if they cared. This was the worst store I have ever been to in my life. I got treated terribly.

If I could give them a zero I would. Absolute horrible costumer service. We picked up a tower fan that was on sale. Waiting in line for 10 minutes. Get to a register. Lady says,"Oh I have a fan just like this I hate it. It just doesnt blow like its supposed to." She continues ringing us up and then says,"well all sales are final so its yours now."

I went in to pick up money from Western Union. The staff I dealt with was extremely friendly, personable and helpful. I will definitely go back! I was in a hurry so didnt have time to shop but I am hoping all the staff is as wonderful as the 2 women I spoke with.

This store is very unorganized and they need to staff better. No matter how busy it is I have only seen one line open and customer service open at a time. Waiting to check out takes forever. Good for staple items but not everything.

This store seems to have less and less every time I go there. They got rid of lots of items in the electronic department and the prices for a lot of other items are high for our area.

Well, the prices were just ok compared with Walmart. The store is in desperate need of a remodel. Everything just looks worn out. Plus side is my hubby loves Craftsman!

Cramped and cluttered. Store is messy and entirely too much in some areas. Bathrooms could use attention. No toilet paper in stalls but plenty of seat covers.
