Ive been so grateful for this affordable option for quality eyeglasses for years. My prescription changes often and I can afford to replaces my glasses as needed without taking out a second mortgage. I was there today after getting a new prescription and was immediately assisted by Chablii. She was friendly, professional, gave me frames to try, and made sure I didnt get an unflattering frame. I work in the service industry and know how important customer service is when dealing with public, Chablii provides perfect customer service! I love my new prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses! My Eyemart Express experience was fantastic. They have a very large selection to look through with no pressure. The staff was very helpful when I needed it. When I had found some frames Haley was fantastic - walked me through the options, talked about insurance versus using a coupon (both resulting in about *1/2* the price as other places Ive been looking!). She said it may be about an hour to have them ready. To my surprise I got a text in *13* minutes that my frames were ready! Excellent experience - great selection, service and staff!

I went in for the deal the advertise; Sorry i did. First they has No selection maybe ten pairs of glasses for the special they are running. And I had No assistance in helping me pick one once they knew I was there for that sale. It was very clear, They had people with More money than I to attend too. The guy with brown hair and the beard, chewed out the sales lady out for not trying to talk me into adding more things to "Bump up the price". It was clear sense of "your not good enough" with every person i encountered at this store.

The staff is so helpful and courteous. You feel that they are very interested in making sure you get the glasses you need and that look good. They have lots of choices at a reasonable price. I am really happy I found them. They also were so kind to give me an educators discount and a coupon for a needy student to receive glasses. Educators alert -this is a wonderful deal for you and a needy student. Such a great community service. My glasses look great and feel light. Just what I wanted.

Amazing experience. Came in looking for glasses that fit my style and wanted the prices to match and everything went great. Paid $79 for 2 pairs. Took 9 minutes for the first and 15 minutes for the second. Way faster than anywhere Ive ever been, usually takes 7-10 business days which I didnt have seeing as school is coming up and I didnt want to risk it. Amazing looking glasses and great prices. Will be back for more!

After losing a pair of glasses (Gucci) on an airplane, I needed a quick solution. I took my prescription to Eyemart Express and in minutes had a replacement pair of glasses (Fendi) at a great price, since my insurance was already used for this year. They have frames for all budgets and preferences. Now I am considering purchasing another pair to change up my style and have a back up. Im so thankful for this place.

I needed another pair of glasses for work. I went to Eyemart Express on Capital Blvd. I was greeted right away and not having my prescription handy, found they had all my information. I picked the frame, got the lenses and went out the door for lunch. Within 45 minutes I received a text stating my glasses were ready. They fit perfect and the lenses are spot on. I will return whenever I need glasses.

I do not know his name but he was very patient with me even after the Americas Best took over an hour to fax my prescription...which come to find out they faxed to the wrong fax number after being told several times!! But anyway he was very pleasant to work with. He even accepted my order after 6pm which is the time they stop accepting orders. So thanks eyemart express on capital!!! Job well done

I was very happy with Eyemart Express. I needed a pair of prescription sunglasses before heading out of town as my transitions do not work in a car. No appointment needed, I walked in, put my name on a list, browse frames while I was waiting which was only 10 minutes. No sales pressure or gimmicks. All in all it took about an hour from walking in to walking out with new glasses.

The staff was very friendly and the service was quick and efficient. My father had some mobility issues and they went above and beyond to accommodate him, even coming out to the car to do the final fitting so that he didnt have to get the wheel chair again. I would highly recommend this eyemart express location to anyone who is in the market for good glasses from a great staff!

Great customer service!!! Called at 9am on Sat, they had an open appointment at 10. I live in person county. Let the lady know. Was there at 10:05. Wait a few minutes, and was very pleased. The Dr. Was very personable with my 12 year old. Then to get the glasses was painless, not outrages on price for youth, and was ready within the hour.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of frames available, everything from less expensive to designer frames. And you can get progressives within a few hours. But, if you want anti glare or other fimishes, it takes 7-10 days. Still, their prices are very good on the higher end frames and lenses. And the staff is very good.
