Bill is awesome and has always helped me. He is usually at the durham location but we found him at Crabtree today. He takes his time with you even when others are in the store you never feel rushed. He is patient, knowledgeable, and an overall customer pleaser!! 5 star for Bill and since he works at Sears that get the 5 star as well. Great to see Good people working that speak to everyone and not just some people!!

Ive used them for the last two eye exams and bought glasses in the store. I will highly recommend the Doctor. She has been more thorough than any other optometrist that I have ever been to. My eyes are happy now.
