My husbands experience was very disgraceful. Once he got there the Honda sales person was actually busy with another client so my husband waited nd started looking around at their dirt bikes and another Honda sales person actually walked up to my husband and had the nerve to tell him "If you dont have the money to buy it, I suggest you dont touch it". My husband was in complete shock. My husband has a landscaping business and the reason for his visit here was because he needed to buy some parts to one of his (Honda) mowers. I felt very disrespected and most importantly hurt because I felt it had to do with race. Hes Hispanic. I truly believe that if it was a "white client" that Honda sales person wouldve NEVER have approached "them" like that. I am very disappointed. Hes never experienced such treatment at any Honda establishment. Although their (Honda sales person) behavior did change once the prices kept racking up for the parts my husband needed. It was than that they started treating him like a "valuable costumer". Unless its necessary, like in my husbands case, I wouldnt recommend any "Latinos" to spend their money here.

Ok lemme explain something about this business, I have been to my share of motorcycle dealerships. This place is one of the most friendliest places and super quick to respond to any issues. I dealt with Amy my whole transition in coming from Cross Country powersports who I can tell you will take 9 days to get the bike ready to go. I told her I was coming in a couple days to pick up the bike, BOOM it was ready. Its really far away and wish it was a little closer due to me getting aftermarket parts on it and service. I guess its a small price to pay for picking up a bike at a fast place. Its not a super big place and very compact, but they have a very very big inventory selection. I purchased the KTM Super Duke 1290 and was super happy with it. I didnt even test ride it as I knew what I wanted to get from the get go. I can tell you that first hand I had a very good experience and in the future will be buying another bike from them. I prefer their speed of setting up a brand new bike vs cc in metuchen. I live about 30 miles away from this dealership I came across it on the Internet and I am very happy I did!We were greeted by Billy and I explained to him that I was looking to buy another bike the problem was it would have to fit on my trailer.He instantly got a tape measure and we began measuring So on his advice I went for a VSTAR 950.He didnt not have one there but while I was filling out the application he went right to work and found one and he would have it the next day Sure to his word the bike was there the next day .He even went as far as to drive it on the trailer for me I cant say enough about this dealership I had such a pleasant experience! Amy helped with all the paper work and financing and is such a pleasure to talk to.Oh and I went out riding and I figured I would stop for gas but to my surprise the gas tank was full.You definitely dont see that no more.This is a wonderful dealership with such a friendly and helpful staff when you go there you will not be disappointed. Hanover Powersports is outstanding! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and they all really know their stuff. The parts department has everything I need in stock to keep my bike race ready for the local (D6 and ECEA) Harescramble series. Everything from tires, protection and guards, plugs, fluids, levers, tear-offs, and more. Johnson is especially helpful with tricks and tips, and when hes not behind the counter I see him on Sundays at the races too!!

Unfortunately six months after sending my parts in I still havent seen my motor. Amateur mechanics, awful customer service, and the service manager was very rude and unhelpful. The original price quote was doubled after they broke the studs which could have been easily taken out. We were not notified of these actions until after it happened. Miscommunication between all parties involved and it seems like no resolution is in sight due to the poor customer service.

Get all my parts from them. They are awesome. Johnson is my parts guy and he is always so helpful and knows exactly what I need. Always a great experience unlike other dealerships I go to. East Hanover is definitely my spot they have everything. And if they dont they order it for me right away. Wish every dealership was like east Hanover honda. They make getting parts a good thing.

I purchased a brand new 2015 Honda Phantom Shadow from this dealership, The customer service is poor, after paying them in full, not even a thank you, when asked about the manual for this bike, I felt like i was hassling them . I will never give them my business again. Motorcycle Mall is the way to go.

Came here on 1-16-17 to browse around and I am suprised this place stays is bissnuss because Home Depot at Hanover Commons where both of these stores are and Home Depot sells Honda Lawnmowers and snow blowers. Small selection and frendly staff.
