Closer to me than Mt. Holly Powersports where I bought my bike from and also usually do whatever service I cant there myself. Ended up breaking a oil cover bolt in the crank and was in a bind and came here. Explained to them I was willing to pay overnight to have the parts here ASAP due to a upcoming riding lesson. First I had to get them the part numbers and the diagram. Was then promised Monday for it to be done, didnt get done, then tuesday called tuesday still wasnt done. Wednesday came up and I finally got the bike back. Im not an expert but I have the service manual and I know how to do things, they charged me 2 hours labor for a one hour job at max, ok whatever fine. Then I looked at the charges and they charged me $19.95 to top off my coolant. A) my coolant was topped off I did it the day of right before I dropped it off and B) a whole bottle of coolant dosent cost that much. I was tired and on my way to a riding lesson so I just left, but felt the need to post this review. I had to personally go and find my bike in the service bay, since the one they wheeled out to my truck was the wrong bike, how do you even do that? The staff is lazy, lacking customer service, and the sales manager was unfriendly. The day I was there I asked about a new YZ250f, they had none on the floor and he didnt seem the least bit interested in selling me one, so I took my business somewhere else and purchased one from Mt. Holly. Theres a reason this dealership has zero inventory and is on the brink of closing. Stay away, they need to close and get out of the market.

so i got my R6 fixed today on some recall issue. the staff is absolutely garbage, they have no work ethic, they sit around and dont want to help any customers. no wonder that place is never busy. i told the people working their about an engine problem i was having, they took my vin down many times but never mentioned the company have "courtesy repair for that issue" anyways after dropping my bike off and getting next to no paper work, they sent me on my way, 6 days later i can pick up the bike, they dont explain any repairs or waht they actually did but i have and addition 100+ miles on my bike!! WTF!! just to top things off, they have no regard for safety standards, as the employe pulls out the bike i ask him to check the tire pressure because its low, its half below recommendation, i ask him to fill it up with air before i leave because of the safty concern. instead of helping me, he got the owner of the shop, who came up to "do you really want me to stop my guys from working and fill air in your tires? im gonna have to charge you for that if you really want me to do it, just go do it at the gas station down the street"... with this type of service i would never ever suggest this place to anybody i care about. it is a despicable dealership and i hope Yamaha Corporate Fallows up with there contract termination before they do something stupid and get them sued!! if you value your life dont buy or shop for anything there get it online or another dealership!

Poor customer service / relations in service department, I took my waverunner to Hamilton Yamaha for an oil change and spring tune up, normally I use a different Yamaha dealer but I thought I would give them a try even though its out of the way. I called to find out if my Waverunner was done, normally this run about $175, they gave me a price of $420. I asked why so high and was told the starter solenoid needed to be replaced because it was working 1 out of 3 times. I asked why they replaced it without calling me, the Manager said he should have called first but figured I would want it done so just went ahead and did it. I told him I didnt want it done without first getting an approval from me, he again agreed he should have called first. I asked the price of the solenoid and was quoted $94, $119 for the install fee. I offered to pay for the part if they waived the fee, he said "no", he said he would rather pay his guy to pull the part out and put the old one back in, when I said that makes no sense to pay his guy an extra hour to pull it out and install the old one there was no budging. He gave me the song and dance that hes been there 21 years and never had anyone ask for that before and I was being unfair and should pay the fee.

Really upset it took me this long to write a review they deserve based upon my experience. My dad and I bring our wave runners here to get winterized each season which is not the issue. The issue is when we come to pick the skis up come spring/summer and ask them if theyve tuned them up (spark plugs, oil, filters, fluids, general maintenance, etc) they always claim its been done. This summer I went to go drop them in the water. BOTH batteries were missing. Neither of them had any oil in them. I also went and replaced the spark plugs myself and oil filters myself. I could easily tell there was no way they changed the plugs. All while being charged hundreds of dollars in labor costs. I shouldnt have to tell you how to do your jobs? Routine maintenance should involve these few simple yet extremely important steps. No oil! This tells me they want the ski to blow up just so they can squeeze more cash out of their customers. Bad service. Lazy people. Get a clue guys. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place.

First off I was interested in buying a seadoo spark about a month ago so I called a few marinas and local shops.... the only one that answered a phone call that day was Hamilton. So I talked to a very nice man named Dennis Kelly and he was very Informative and kind over the phone. I decided to buy my jetski at the ac boat show which ended up being a great decision. He ended up up throwing in some things and giving me a great deal on a 2016 seadoo spark with a trailer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in anything yamaha kawasaki or seadoo related.

Theres been a couple of issues. For starters every time I bring my quad for service/repair they end up keeping it for weeks. I have to literally light a fire under them just to get things done in a reasonable amount of time. After keeping it for so long I ended having to bring it 2 more times to address the same issue. Unfortunately they are the only Yamaha dealership with a 25 miles radius of my location. On top of these issues I feel that they are over priced, and under qualified.

My wife and I walked in on a Tuesday looking for 2 specific wave runners in specific colors. They didnt have them in stock but by Thursday night we were trailoring them home and on the water that Saturday. Could not be happier with DJ (salesman) or the deal he worked for us. Was very knowledgeable of his inventory and after we decided to not change our minds he went right to work to get us what we wanted. Highly recommend them.
