The Best Abatement LLC.

Buddy of mine and I went to check out some bikes at a few shops and compare prices. This is the place to go if you wanna BS around with dealer and negotiate their already artificially inflated prices. We saw the very same Vulcan Boulevard at another bike shop for $2.5Ks more! Thats a whole another bike extra and not adding in the the dealer fees and tax yet. So we new the prices were more than fair here. Anyways we went on a Sunday a couple of hours before closing and the staff were still friendly and happy to help. Since my buddy and I were new to the whole bike thing they gave us some very useful pointers to get started. My friend saw a bike he liked at a pretty good price and went for it. Ask for Taylor Satula in sales. Hes a great guy and hell take good care of you.

I purchased my Honda NT700V from Cycle Exchange. This was my first motorcycle and I had an issue with the TP sensor. According to two shops it would have cost me up to $2400 to replace the Throttle Body and the ECU to fix the issue. I called John Riley (Manager) and he was really nice and told me to take it to their trusted Honda dealer. They found that it was the TP sensor at all. It was in the connector to the TP sensor. John even covered the cost of the repair even though he was under no obligation to do so. That is what I call standing behind your product. I would recommend anyone to go see John for a used motorcycle. Thanks John.

Ive purchased 3 bikes so far and everytime i go its a pleasant experience. If youre interested in dual sports or dirt bikes look for Jay. Brian is the guy you want to ask for if youre buying a BMW. If youre a new rider they wont pressure you to buy. Their attitude is you let them know what you want and they will walk you into the direction. I will only purchase motorcycles from this dealership!

I purchased a used bike from Ken at the Ledgewood location at a fair price. It came with a 30 day warranty. Shortly after I noticed an issue with the clutch. I notified Ken and he put me in touch with the service mgr at the Andover location. They confirmed the issue and fixed the problem. The bike is a K-series BMW and an expensive bike to repair. I would recommend Cycle Exchange.
