Consumer be wear..... such a horrible experience...had my bike towed there to get a tire replaced... got it home next day bike wouldnt start.. called Riderz... They told me your battery was fryed took us a Long time to start... I questioned Eric Why didnt you tell me that while bike was in your shop..?his response was not his job to inspect my bike.. Wow... what customer service...!!! After getting my bike towed to the shop again and putting another new battery in . Eric assured me my bike was fine... I had the bike towed again to my home... now theres something going on with my suspension... bike is unsafe to ride... Eric blames no damages on the tow truck driver... unbelievable.... I WOULD HATE TO BELIEVE THAT I GOT SUCH BAD SERVICE BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR.....!!!

I have been waiting on parts for 4 mouths now and no call back I spent. 2200 on my bike. In less than 3 mouths I asked him make shore my bike was safe to ride and I took it out to ride it and the sprocket that he replaced snap and so did my hud the lady is Nices but hes a dick.

1st time there , set up an appointment for 10:00 waited till 10:40 no show ... called after 11:00 and said I had an appointment @10:00 and no one was there ..... they hung up ! Not impressed with customer service could only imagine how the quality of their work would be .

Called in for a quote and within a minute I was being misinformed by the shop manager. Warning how extra weight is needed on a tire not purchased from him due to quality issues. Happy to head to a dealer and pay an extra few dollars.

I had then repaint my motorcycle rear fender. They did a great job for a very fair price. Would definitely return for next service.
