Absolutely the WORST WORST WORST customer service I have EVER seen. The staff is unbelievably rude. I had called ahead of my apt and gave all my insurance info. I asked that they could verify my insurance would cover my apt. When I got there the receptionist was completely clueless and had to verify all over again. The staff would rather chit chat with each other than than work. As a patient, a customer, I was left sitting in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hrs after my apt. without anything said to me at all. The whole time the staff was talking with each other and goofing around. I was the only patient in the waiting room. This all occurred after they called me earlier and moved my apt back an hour. When I finally approached reception, clearly upset, they said someone would be right with me, as if I was inconveniencing them. As for the doctor, she came in and was right to business. She had no concern or interest in the way her staff treated me. I was told to call and schedule the procedure if I elected to have it done. I called and set the date but was told that someone would get back to me in about a week with surgery details and a time. A week before the surgery, I still had not heard from anyone. I called and told them that I had a date but nobody had called me with any specific info. The lady I talked to had the nerve to say " Like what do you need to know?" ?!?!?!???!! How about a time to arrive for surgery? pre-op instructions? what you charge? I cancelled my apt and never went back. I did however receive a bill due to a billing department error. When I called to resolve it, I was again treated horribly! Very rude and unprofessional. I have never written a review before, but experiences like this need to be shared to warn others!

Dr. Young performed my LASIK procedure and I couldnt be happier with the results! I had 20/15 vision the day following my surgery and can see better than I ever did with my glasses or contacts! She has also helped relieve my dry eyes and diagnosed an astigmatism that I had that my previous doctors had never diagnosed. She was very thorough and made sure to explain everything extremely well. The staff is very friendly and the technicians are wonderful too. I highly recommend Dr. Young!

Dr. Young and the staff were amazing! Dr. Young is a very passionate professional and is a expert in her field The staff were outgoing and overall my experience was very welcoming and comfortable. Definitely recommend for anyone who suspects (or has) Dry Eye Syndrome Probably one of the most professional and effective clinics Ive ever visited

Dr. Young is an excellent doctor!! Very patient, caring and addressed all of my questions and concerns. She is up to date on the latest cosmetic techniques and proceeded with a gentle hand. I was very happy with my results and definitely will return as a patient.
