I would have loved this place if they would tell the truth when u r buying everything from there. 1st time my lens shattered with no reason but was told it was due to extreme heat. 2nd time was told insurance only covers the lenses once....should have had more information on the insurance and what it covers

The ladies, especially over the phone, are rude and sassy. It is also very overpriced. I will probably be changing my insurance to avoid having to deal with this place. Ive never been bothered enough to write a negative review about something until now.

I have never had a problem with the customer service here! Yes they take a little long in helping you but thats due to them helping everyone find the right pair of glasses for them.

I definitely do not recommend this place ... they take too long and comparing prices is the most expensive place to get your glasses and they have very poor customer service! :-/
