*****update**** Within an hour I received a call back. They talked to the Lab admitting their error, was told I would be compensated $ for my troubles and I would have the glasses in the next couple days. I have since added stars to my review. I waited patiently for a call that my glasses were ready, I finally called to check. Was told that if they havent called me then they are not ready. I requested they check. Nope not there, conveniently they called 30 min later that they were in. Eh I let that slide. So I take time off work to pick them up. She sits us down pulls out the glasses and guess what... They are missing a lense. Okay Ive read some reviews and will assume they will blame my insurance contracted lavatory. But isnt it good customer service to check the product you receive from the lab before calling the customer? Save me the hastle of taking time off and witnessing your lack of customer service. I was going to bring my son for a pair of glasses but no thanks. To all future customers when they call you ask them to check the product.
My husband and I went there and two days later, we both woke up with pink eye. We got our eyes dialated and that is what I think gave us the pink eye. We have NEVER had pink eye before this. Also, my eyes have had the same script for 10 years. I had to switch optometrists because of my current location, and they worte me a much waeker script. It was wrong and I had to go back. Then, like every optomtrist I have ever gone to, they claim they have these "new" contacts that are better then my old contact brand THAT I HAD TO WAIT OVER ONE MONTH FOR because when they ordered them, they did not tell me they were on back order. They are not better. They are worse, probably in part because they did not measure my astigmatisim correctly. WORST optometrist ever.
my daughter broke her frame and i went to this place for replacement on saturday since all insurance company closed that she suggest me to buy the frame and later they will reimbursed me that never happend and today i went for my daughter annual exam and they said since she already got her glasses 2 months ago its not coverd by the insurance i said i paid from my own pocket yes i asked her to put a claim but they called me and said your insurace its not covering it so i said fine with me now they are adding on that i ordered not only frame but also a lenses too.please be carful to go these kind of fisy places.
I have been taking my son here for years and have always had a great experience with them. Now I can say that I myself am a happy patient! Liz, the office manager, has always gone above and beyond to not only help my son, but she is truly understanding and helpful with all that she does. I had a last minute er and she was very accomodating. I saw Dr. Wolfe today and I can say that this was the best experience I have had with any eye doctor. Keep up the great work!!! And again thank you!!!

EyeTx has a friendly professional staff that provides excellent service. Delma fitted me for a new pair of transition glasses. She explained the benefits of the type of lenses available. In addition she had me try two different lenses in order to determine if a polarized lense was what I wanted. From the first time I met with Dr. Jessica Alvarez in January 2016 and the staff I have received wonderful eye care. If you need eye care I highly recommend EyeTx located on Culebra road)
Really? A couple of mins late, but really having to wait 30 mins to wait again as Dr. is has a few other patients? Seems like part of the attribution to San Antonio services, which if you don’t expect much you’ll be ok. Not going back. My first experience with this place, not sure if this is all the case, but in their defense, guess if you don’t mind waiting it should be ok.
This was the first time and I went to EyeTx for a vision exam and glasses. The doctor who gave me the exam was very conscientious and very patient listening to all my concerns finding the right prescription that I felt comfortable with. The office staff was also very helpful and EyeTx also had a large selection of frames that fell within the budget allowed by my insurance.
I have been a patient here for years, and I love it. When I found out that my insurance didnt cover Eyetx anymore, I immediately dropped it and found one that would. The office staff is helpful with insurance issues, and Dr. Nance is wonderful. She takes the time to explain things and truly cares about what she is doing. I will not go anywhere else.
I had a very pleasant experience with EyeTx today. The staff was very attentive, kind and helpful. The doctor was thorough and patient examining my vision. The office was clean and equipped with state of the art instruments. There was also a very wide selection of fashionable glasses of which to choose from. Thank you EyeTx!
Theyre not professionals, Theyre sucks, Bad customer service Take to long ( til now 18 days) to ask the insurance if they cover my glasses. And I waiting til now 15 days for my money back and another 15 days I have to wait because I request the cancelation of everything with them. I do not recommend those guys.
I have taken my kids and myself here for years. The staff are always helpful in taking care of us. My kids are often rough on their glasses and they have been able to help us everytime. I need yearly contacts prescription, and they always offer me the best up to date contacts that make my eyes feel great.
My husband recommended and I couldnt be happier! I have finally found an eye doctor I will see again! Dr. Bell and the whole staff were amazing! They were friendly, efficient and made my eye exam pleasant. Thank you to the whole staff for making my early morning appointment a good one!
I have been going here for years and love this office. So much so that there is a closer location to me but I dont want to switch because I have never had anything but pleasant experiences here. I came today on my lunch break for a contact lens exam and was in and out in 30 minutes =D
First time at this location :) I brought my two sons Friday 4/7/17 and they were amazing the staff is nice and very friendly and they take their time with the patients so I brought my other boys for an apt today :) this will definitely be my go to place
This was my first time at this location and it was a great one! The staff and doctor were very friendly and efficient. I also love their extended weekday and Saturday hours. I will continue to come back for annual visits or any other eyecare needs.

The great staff. Great service. When I bought contact lenses at the first time my insurance didnt work right but the lady here helped me out a lot. Now Im buying glasses. Love this store.
