do not buy plastic frames here! when i picked up my glasses i noticed they were crooked (one of the legs were higher and did not touch the table. when i told then they said it wasnt gonna make a difference and that its cause my ears are uneven so i gave them the benefit of the doubt which was a big mistake its been 4 visits and 4 weeks later and my glasses are horrible the left side is crooked so i get sinus headaches on one side of my head. so they ordered me another pair of frames which took 2 weeks to get in instead of the one they told me, i put the frames on the table and they were even more crooked and broken then the first pair she again told me its cause my ears but i hadnt even tried them on yet, she also said that plastic frames are different and are crooked so i went to the glasses and start putting plastic frames on the table and none of them were crooked so she shut up and said "well what do you want me to do" what an idiot duh fix them maybe do your job maybe so i picked out another pair of frames that werent crooked and paid the difference so now she said they didnt have any lenses and i have to wait another week or 2 but dont worry she said im allowed to wear my broken frames until they come in which im so thankful for i love getting sinus headaches i will never go back there my guess is that they made the frames bent went they put in my lenses and were to stupid to fix them.

I have been coming to this location for over 4 years now. Other than the close proximity to my home, the office is clean, theres plenty of magazines to read, and the fish tank is a nice soothing touch I have not seen in other eye offices. They are close to my home and Dr. Dang consistently gives us great details regarding my familys eyes and what caused our prescriptions to change. The front desk staff is also friendly and courteous, and do not mind when you are 10 minutes late to an appointment. I have rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes to start my eye exam. The lab technicians who adjust your glasses are also friendly and are always available when my glasses do not fit well. While the optometrist, front desk staff, and technicians are great, I wish I could say the same for the retail staff sometimes(The ones who help you choose frames and process payment for them) When I first started coming to this TSO, the service across all staff was great, but now, recently, from 2014 and on, they act like they want to push you out the door and rush you to choose a frame. They are also quite blunt in their answers whenever you ask a question regarding lens material and special services such as polarizing, Crizal, etc. I hope they mellow out or get kinder staff.

Glasses: not too many choices, difficult to choose one which is going to suit. Service: Doctor is good but the rest of the people, they are not honest, they are not professional at their job. Me and my husband ordered glasses from here and they said that it is going to get up to 7 business days, which is very acceptable, every other places are saying the same. after 10 days later my husband called them and they said that his glasses were ready. But why did not they call us. When we asked my glasses, it did not arrive, because they have ordered the wrong lenses, and they promised that they were going to call back after that untruthful lady at the front talk to her manager. after that we were still waiting, it is the 12th day. No call back. If you are ordering some glasses here, keep checking them by calling every 3 days ask them whether they put the correct order, ask them to be honest with you, but do not expect superior job from them. the doctor, that we see is asian guy is doing better job with his english and professional informative explanations when comparing our previous vetnameese lady doctor.

Terrible customer service , I had 1st & lAst apt with them May 2017. I NEVER write negative comments towards any company/ person however This company needs better training on explaining their Fees upfront before they exam you, document each conversation, and compassion, care towards their patients. Ive been in customer service, sales 25+ years in NW area & truly 1st time ever to write against a company. Ive called TSO at least 4-5 times since May & received a different story each time, I now am having to go without contacts for 6 months & have been wearing contacts for 40 years all due to poor communication skills on their end from very 1st time I called them & I asked SPECIFIC QUESTIONS FROM THE BEGINNING. -Their response is Theyve been in business a long time, they know what they are doing & I must be wrong, when I have been telling the truth. I will never refer to them because I believe all cost should be mentioned upfront before examining.

I found my experience with TSO Willowbrook pretty good. First of all I am in the medical field so I am a very tough critic when it comes to customer/patient service. The exam was more informative than Ive every had and you can tell the Dr. takes pride in his profession. The appointment was speedy but not rushed. The staff was friendly and genuine and Regina seemed interested in help select glasses for myself and kids. The only thing that was a little off is the fact that she seemed to be trying service more than one patient at a time,but again Im in the medical field and it was the end of the day so Im assuming she was the late stay with a few more appointments. The overall experience was great.

Dr. Tran and his staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. My appointment was for my yearly exam. Dr. Tran was thorough in his exam and patiently answered my many questions. His staff helped guide me through various tests. My benefits were explained and I was able to get the glasses and frames chosen resulting in a very pleasant experience. Although they were very busy that day, I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and his staff at the Willowbrook TSO office. Claire Jardine

I love Dr. Dang and Dr. Tran. Both are great and very helpful when it comes to understanding your eyes. My family has been using them since we moved to Texas 10 years ago. They are fast and great with maximizing what your insurance covers. We have two different ins. for eye exams and they use both. One has great frame coverage, the other has great lense coverage and a cheaper co-pay. They used both, giving me the best deal on my glasses.

I took my daughter for a pair of glasses theres sales associate recommended and these disney flexible frames they are amazing quality they have been indestructible and I have tried to break them 5 times andy cannot break. I took them back to have them checked to see if they had any more of these kinds of frames and I went home with the whole kitten caboodle. Thanks TSO. ;)

They try to up sell you on evrything. The eye exam is way to fast its like all they want is take your money. Oh and I am sure if you go they wi say they need to charge extra for a photo graph of your eye. There are other ways to do lo this that is covered by insurance. But they wont tell you. Buyer beware I got a refund of my service but they did not reinstate my insurance.
