I am a frequent shopper at the Lush in west Hartford, however I was in the Norwich area and wanted to get another bubble bar so I opted to try this location out. Ive never been to the Lush at Mohegan before. The store was very busy when I walked in, but only two of the five or six employees working were busy talking to customers. I proceeded to look around a bit and pick out my bubble bar. Normally, when I walk into Lush, Im either immediately greeted by an employee, or asked if I need help with anything within 5 minutes. I was not approached or acknowledged by a single employee within the span of the 20 minutes I was in the store. I actually did have a question about something but left without buying anything because I couldnt get the attention of any of the employees, even after politely saying "excuse me can you help me with something" to two employees. They did, however, greet many other customers and obnoxiously talk to eachother while a couple of them gave eachother hand massages. I will NEVER go back to this location. The employees are rude and unprofessional. Not impressed.

I love all their stuff expect for the fact that it said it was open at 10 am and its 10:30 am and they werent open and me and my friend who is on crutches walked all the way down and had to come back up but other wise their stuff is amazing

Ive always been at Mohegan Sun but when I came across this store I couldnt resist not going in. The staff are nice and helpful, everything is a reasonable price (theyre all natural handmade products).
