I was just recently here and was interested in buying the overnight face mask, but however I was the only African American in there just browsing looking at other products and none of the Sales Associates approached me or even asked how I was doing. And there was a Caucasian woman who was browsing and asked her how she was doing and if she was finding everything okay. As an African American and a U.S citizen its just crazy to me that racism still exists and especially in public place. And Im very disappointed and will be complaining to corporate. Discrimination is very illegal and Im not impressed with the sales associates in this store. I will not be coming back here but since I love origins I will be ordering their products online. Just a very disappointed customer.

i love the Origins，but i dont like the salewomen of this store。you know,i just come here this year,so sometime i cant understand what she said,but today when i some products in here ,and she have no patience for me.when she asked for me something,maybe i gave her one wrong response,i felt that she just laughed at me,not gave me help.And complained about me with other saleswoman.so I felt so upset.

I always liked Origin, and I have been purchasing your products for decades. The saleswoman at your shop however made me decide NEVER to go back there. She was not pleasant, uninformative, bored and all the things one dose not want when in a store and spending money.

I love this place. Some of the nicest girls. I noticed how clear their skin was and I just had to come in. As soon as you walk in they greet you and point you to the right direction! Loved working with Jessica.
