I love ulta but this store was not helpful at all. Spent 30 minutes in the store looking for foundation and had to ask for help after the store workers appeared to help an older woman. They gave her a full makeover and once they were almost done argued about who had to assist me. After their argument one gentleman from a different area of the store came over and offered me assistance. I felt so uncomfortable at this point that I took the foundation he recommended at first then chose a different one afterwards. After almost an hour in the store I finally chose a product by myself, did not get the opportunity to try it on. Definitely will only be going to the ulta in Rhode Island from now on as they offer me help and try various shades and brands to get me the product that matches me best.

The manager was rude and acted like she couldnt be bothered. But 2 of the employees were excellent! I cant remember one girls name but she got me hooked on the Ulta Juice Infused Lip Oil. And a HUGE shout out to Illiana who saw I had a knee brace on and instead of leading me to products (aka making me walking around the entire damn store), she gave me recommendations without moving. It may have looked like she was slacking off but if it werent for those 2 employees, the attitude of the manager would have turned me off the store completely. Love to the employees who make this a fun place to shop in DESPITE of a manager who looks like shes in mourning at a funeral.

I went in for the Micro Zone Express to clear blackheads on my nose ( I dont really have blackheads, but I wanted something to clean out my pores) The person who worked at the ULTA near Buckland Hills had minimal knowledgable about the products used. I felt I had to guide her a bit, suggest to apply a bit more pressure when cleaning to actually clean etc. It was a very basic service all around.

I love Ulta Beauty! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I always have a pleasent experience when shopping. They have high end make up and affordable make up, staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you regardless of your budget. I love the nyx make up line! Sales associate Julie in Buckland was very nice and helpful! Plus they always have coupons and deals. I love that!

The customer service at this Ulta is horrible. I have honestly never had a good experience in this store because of the employees/management. 9 out of 10 times they are rude and unhelpful. Ive even experienced the employees watching me as I walk around, as if Im going to steal something. Im done with this Ulta and will never shop there again.

thank god im a pro mua if not id give this place 0 stars, nobody is around to help, no samples for foundation even tho they should i cant figure out my shade by looking or clients. I get greeted and when i ask for things that arnt on display there is not effort to check, i bet if they was getting commission they would act better

Beautiful store with a variety of products. Sign up for the rewards card and get a coupon to use in store. They have lots of deals like Buy One get 50% off another product. Friendly staff too.

Some rude girls work there and have no sense of how to use their registers. Theres no warmth in that store. Just snooty girls with drug store products
