La atención es horrible, el sr que me atendió no sé cuál es su nombre pero se burlo de mí y se rió en mi cara cuando le pregunté por un trabajo que según el no se podía hacer, por qué el sr sea un ignorante que no sabe hacer las cosas no le da derecho a estar burlándose de la gente más respeto si tienes un negocio atiende bien a los clientes que son ellos los que te dan de comer

These guys saved me!! After another local Miami company dropped my project at the last minute I was getting nervous, as soon as I called Graphink they made my proof within the hour, after I approved the item was made! Even earlier as promised!!! If you need anything printed at all, these guys are the ones to go to, definitely not run the same way as other stores in Miami. Because of them my piece was for a friends celebration, we are now able to cherish those memories because of Graphink!! Awesome!!!

I called for a quote on wrapping my new car. The guy was incredibly rude. He quoted a price that was more than double what Ive got from 3 other shops. I told him nicely that his price was too high. He literally hung up on me. How do businesses survive with this type of customer service? I gave 2 stars instead of one because they never did work on my car, although I would never let them.

These guys where awesome/professional The previous company would come install my window advertisement barely cleaning off the previous one. Graphink spent almost an hour cleaning off years of neglect then put the new graphics on it. I was blown away by the effort. I paid pennies more than the other company but got DOLLARS worth of Service.
