Hello.. I would like to say...Thank You to Aaron Lessard.. when my wife said to me she needs a new car...I cringed and said, Hun I know but I cant stand all the pressure from sales people at the dealerships. We knew we wanted a Honda where as we were going to replace her 2002 civic. Well after doing some online homework on which Honda dealer visit, We decided to go to Kelly Honda on the Lynn way in Lynn. When we arrived at Kelly Honda I parked my car far way from the main entrance there in fear of the sales people, we got out and started looking. We kind of knew what we wanted to buy. We wanted an Accord sedan in red with the works. After browsing a little bit and with out be hunted down by salesmen, we went in. We were met by salesman Aaron. Aaron listened to what my wife wanted and he showed us a car that was exactly what we were looking for, except for the color Kelly Honda did not have... however Aaron did a search and found that same car and got it there in as little as a few days...Awesome we said. A few days later we went in to see it, it was perfect. That was it..Aaron came through. We did our dealing and came to a good agreement and it was sold. Aaron was great and until this date... three week later, Aaron has spent time with us going over all the feature of this vehicle ( theres a lot ) and he has even told us if we want to come by with any questions, he can go through them with us, kind of like teaching us about all the feature of the Accord EX-L and stuff. We took Aaron up on this and went in a few times, he educated us on our new Accord EX-L and while we were there he even washed and vacuumed the car for us too! Hes awesome... it was a hassle free transaction, hes a great guy and I wish him all the best in his career with Kelly Honda. My 11 year old daughter even said to me.. Dad when I get of age to need a car, I want to come to Kelly Honda and see Aaron to buy it.. I want to say a sincere Thank you Aaron Lessard of Kelly Honda. Sincerely Daniel Green

Awesome Service! The service is personalized to you and your vehicle. The hours of service are from early mirning to 8:00pm M-F and early morning to mid-afternoon on Saturdays, making it very flexible for those who work to have their car serviced. They offer a loaner car while your vehicle is serviced. They also offer interior detailing. I just had my car detaiked and they did a great job. They also wash your car for free every time it is serviced. I have a 2006 Honda which has been serviced there since I bought it and it still runs like a new car...not kidding. It is in excellent shape. The people who work there are experts in their field. Each time, my vehicles problems have been diagnosed and fixed in a very reasonable time frame. The staff is professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive to each persons needs. They take care of everything. Parts are ordered, if needed, ahead of time and are delivered promptly. Their prices are very reasonable. For those who need a tune up and decide to wait for theur car, their waiting room is huge. It has several private desk areas for work, reading, or sleeping. It has an open area with a large screen TV and many comfortable chairs, magazines, a coffee, tea, and hot chocolate nook, and vending machines to keep you relaxed. They also have a cool childrens room with child-sized tables and chairs and childrens books and other play things. All of this is right next to their awesome shiwroom. I never get tired of looking at their new models, which I cant buy because my car runs so well, it makes more sense to wait for future models when I really need one. I really love my Honda and do not want to part with it. That said, Ariel Vittini always stands out. Ariel has been there for many years and kows everything. Not kidding...he does know. He will make your experience at Honda even better.

What I really liked is that when I called and asked if Kelly Honda would meet my terms and price for a true sign and drive lease, the woman I spoke with, Clariza, ultimately said , "Yes". And "yes" it was. She was very professional and consistent with her communications and she never tried to up sell or to change the terms. We also liked the dealership manager, Mike OKeefe. We found him pleasant, accommodating and straightforward. As a long term Honda lease customer, I am new to the north shore and decided to switch dealerships. Getting a new car, which I do every few years, is typically an experience I dont look forward to, so dealing with these two folks initially was great! We didnt particularly care for some of the rough around the edges finance guys and the fact that Honda has changed its terms regarding damage allowances for an end of lease return. That was not disclosed at all, but rather, we noticed it when signing the paperwork. Young guy we dealt was somewhat arrogant, unnecessarily. Another guy tried to up the monthly payment. I also had a hard time getting my coupon book. Moving forward, Brian Kelly was great when I spoke with him about these things. In addition, he offered a complimentary add on for my SUV. This was a very nice gesture, and represents good customer service, which often seems to be a thing of the past. Now its mostly customer "disservice" with many businesses. Ive been back once for a wash and vacuum and they were courteous & thorough. I anticipate staying with Kelly for many years to come and would recommend them. If you have any concerns, try dealing with Brian directly. He is accessible, open, and truly committed, I believe, to providing quality customer service.

I had an amazing experience at Kelly Honda. From the moment I stepped out of my car, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Aaron was a HUGE help and was very knowledgeable about the cars. He approached and greeted me before I even entered the building! (Unlike some competitors I previously visited and had to search for someone to help me..) From test driving, to explaining my options, to finding me the best deal - I felt comfortable and was able to have my first experience in buying a car, a great one. I initially visited Kelly Honda just to test drive the Civic coupe. I was still debating if I wanted to even move forward with buying a car and I definitely didnt have the intention to leave there with a decision. I had such a good experience that I left there not wanting to visit ANY other dealership. Scott the manager was very helpful and genuinely seemed to care about what I wanted. Fred helped me with the financials and explained to me what my options were in a way that I could understand; I felt comfortable and trusted his expertise. Everyone understood my financial situation and didnt try to push me in a negative direction. They made the whole process very easy and exciting. I got my new car a little over a week ago and I havent stopped driving it since! I am in LOVE with my new car! I cant thank the Kelly Honda team enough! I highly recommend this place to everyone- ESPECIALLY first time buyers like me who might feel intimidated by the whole process. (I didnt feel that way at all at Kelly!) If service, atmosphere, knowledge, price and experience are important you when buying a car - go to Kelly!!!
