My recent experience at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree was excellent. I was searching for a 2016 model with a set of rare options. Although the dealership did not have the specific vehicle onsite, they searched and found one within couple days that was still being shipped to the U.S. I called other Toyota dealerships in the area, but they were not nearly as attentive and customer service oriented as the folks at this dealership. Tony Depina and Jason Gordon had great follow through and answered all my questions and fulfilled my requests. This dealership is serious about the customer experience and it shows.

CALL AHEAD, DONT JUST STOP BY. We were trying to go to a bunch of dealerships to try out different used cars on a September weekend day. We didnt own a car and were using a zipcar. They had the car we wanted to test drive on site, but no staff. If we had called ahead (probably the related dealership) - as in the day before or the day before that - we mightve gotten to test drive it. As it was, we didnt have the time to wait an hour or 2 to coordinate properly with them the day of.
