I just found this store and walked in. My wife and I were married about 4 years ago and I bought her engagement ring and wedding band at Zales. Man, after walking in to Egon Ehrlinspiels and seeing all that they can do. I so regretted not going there when we got married. These guys could have custom designed my wifes ring so that she had a her own unique ring and the price wouldnt have been that different. I bought my wifes anniversary gift there this time around and make no mistakes, I will not be buying anything else from any other "Jewelry Store" again. These guys are the best and the most knowledgeable jewelers I have ever worked with. If you are thinking of proposing soon, dont make my mistake. Trust me. lol

I went to Egon for a custom engagement ring, as I inherited my Grandmothers diamond after I was already engaged. I wanted to create a two stone ring. I had went to another jeweler, and they were a bit pushy and limited my ideas. At Egon, they have the software in store, so you can see what your ring creation will look like. They were patient and not pushy with me, while respecting my budget and personal taste. They take time if you are unsure of what you like, and the staff are very personable. I couldnt be more happy with my ring, and highly suggest this jeweler. I will definitely go back for any other services, and to shop!

Had my mothers garnet ring, which was a gift to her after graduating college in the 70s, repaired with a new garnet and prongs. She said it looked as perfect as when she first got it, and it was done in a few days during the Christmas rush before she went back to Ohio.

Egon is "Just Another Jewelery Store". My wife & I returned after 22 years to upgrade our diamond via trade-in. Egon does not accept trade-ins. We were very disapppointed. We thought we had a relationship with Egon.

Had a ring sized and failed to check the stone after which was unstable in setting and moving. Fixed after second visit but I thought this would be standard procedure afterwards. Expected more given their reputation.
