They need to train staff how to communicate and teach them whats customer service. I liked for the ring in this store in 9/24/14. But it had some scratches on it which I mentioned to Assistant manager, Tiffani Turner. She assured me that their jewelry specialist will polish it and it will be fixed. But I had to pay for ring so they can process it. I paid $514.99 and supposed to pick up ring on Friday. I went on Friday to pick up ring and checked it, they didnt fix scratches. Other assistant manager promised it will be fixed on monday, 9/29/14. I went back on monday. I talked with Assistant manager, Kaitlyn Murray. She brought the ring and the scratches were still there. I complained that this is third time I am coming back and it is not fixed. She suggested that she would send it to fix but would take it two weeks. I refused and demand to refund. According to Kaitlyn Murray she couldnt refund right away because the purchase over $50 refund would come by Kroger issued check and would take 30 days. I dont agree with it. Because purchase had not been completed, i never took item from the store. And this policy can not be applicable in this situation. Also Kaitlyn Murray tried to show that I am angry and called mall security instead of explaining and saying sorry for their own fault. She also refused to give her manager/ supervisor contact info even I and mall security asked many times

Terrible Terrible experience with Littman at this location. I called multiple times and they told me they would give me a call and never did... I finally went to the location and put my order in and they said it would come well before Christmas, Before a certain date I needed it by and I guess they never put it in the comments that I needed it by then so It came late...

Incredibly Unbelievably unfriendly service! The store didnt carry something as simple as an 18" box chain, the store associate offered no help, hardly smiled, really didnt care a bit about customer satisfaction. I may never step into that store again.

Very straight forward. Definately gave me the best deal on my engagenent ring. And i trekked that entire mall for 7 hours. I got very lucky with what i found.
