Dont have enough great things to say about VB P&J!! After a frustrating morning running around Hampton Roads on a Sunday morning looking for the few websites as being open on Sunday, I was lucky the popped up in my search. The first business wasnt even open on Sunday as they advertise, or need to update their info. Another was open but informed me their location did not do loans except for only a small type of items. At this point was considering just going to a national chain. But tried one more time, and the third time was the charm. Arrived as others have said store is clean and presentable. Customers helped promptly. They gave me the loan amount that fit my needs, and made the payment info easy to understand for complete item retrieval or loan extension. To sum up very pleased with service and plan to do business with them in future .

Because I love to procrastinate, I spent the better portion of the week before Christmas scrambling around town trying to find the perfect gift for my fiancée. I tried several stores in the mall, but never really loved anything I saw. I saw Virginia Beach Pawn and Jewelry, and decided to give it a shot. I was blown away by the selection they had, and I was able to purchase 2 pieces of jewelry for the price of 1 compared to those jewelry stores in the mall. I dont usually go online to write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to. I want to thank the two gentlemen that helped me out with my purchases. I will definitely return here the next time I need some jewelry! 5 Stars.

I recently visited this establishment. I had a few things I could make a profit from, so I decided to stop by Virginia Beach Pawn and Jewelry. It is close to my house and positive reviews. Elliott is the owner of this location and it was a pleasure to deal with him and his partner. They are both very knowledgeable and very friendly. I felt like I was making a deal with a long term friend and he values your business very much. I even ended up purchasing a like new laptop I couldnt have gotten as good of a deal on anywhere else!

I found VB Pawn and Jewelry via Offer Up. Most shops dont bargain unless you come into store but when u get there u dont like the product but this wasnt the case with Elliot! He was so kind and I got their most beautiful ring at a price u wouldnt believe! It was a steal! It was and still is unbelievable! This shop has made my 6 year anniversary the best of all! I went in there 2 weeks ago and I was intimidated because most pawn shops dont have a good rep. Elliott was very kind and talked to me like I was a person and not a customer. It was very comforting. I sold some old jewelry and he gave me a fair price. He even explained how he came up with the price which I appreciated. Highly recommended shop!

Great great great service! The owner not only was courteous and kind but talked to me like a person and not a customer. Got a loan to help with a trip and pretty much got the dollar amount i was requesting. Very clean inside as well and beautiful jewelry in the show cases to boot. I came here with some gold due to it being a Sunday, and the place Ive used in the past was closed. I had an idea on what I should get for it, and was offered $15. I knew it was really low, so I waited until the next day to go to my normal place and they gave me $31. Im sure this place is great for other things, but gold is not one of them.

I had just a great experience at this location, I was really in a bind and needed some money fast. I felt like I got the best price for my gold and jewelry! Plus the gentleman who worked there was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the merchandise. I would highly recommend anyone go and check them out!

Dont get a LOAN from these crooks! I asked them specifically do not sell my mac because it was my life. I didnt receive at least 1 courtesy call before they decided to profit off my item.
