Negative. The customer service is less than acceptable. I purchased a pair of earrings that they would not let me try on . I returned with my receipt because the earrings hurt my ear lobes. One week and a half later. Was told no returns. I paid in cash and had receipt. I now have a pair of 14k earrings I cannot wear! This place will not be in business long as they treat their customers in such a way as this. Customer Satisfaction is a definite in business.
