Awful , ordered a birthday cake only because the women promised they could do a simple background with chocolate whipped frosting n we were gonna add toys our selves , so ordered a half sheet chocolate cake w/ chocolate fudge filling and chocolate whipped frosting n picked it up yesterday half way through his birthday party I go to top the cake with toys and noticed that the frosting wasnt chocolate whipped it wasnt even chocolate anything it was in fact white buttercream . So I call n no apology or anything they say bring it in any well refund u which was not what I wanted or not fair cause my learning disabled son didnt understand why he didnt have a cake now n he was crying saying I ruined his birthday , they should of givin us a inconvenience small cake and made a new one today but they would only offer to make a new one next day n thats it well I read over the reciept n notice that they charged me for a toy kit n so I told the manager that Ill take a small 4.99 chocolate cake yesterday n they can take it off from the 6.99 they charged me for the toy kit . So I made sure my son at least had a piece of cake for his bday . And by the way I cancelled a order from Fred Meyers to get that one cause they promised and Ive been getting my cakes from Freddys for years and when they mess up a cake they let u keep the messed up cake or get a small one for the day till they remake the cake the next day or refund ur money they have never treated me as poorly as albertsons did yesterday they have no morals or heart only mean rude ppl that try to rip u off when ever they can

Beware bicycle theft at night - poor outside security and outdated cameras do not even capture the entire parking lot let alone where you lock-up your bicycle. Dont make the mistake I did with a cable lock, and consider commuting with less valuable bicycles to this location. I recommend avoiding all-together, because if something happens to you or a possession of yours outside of the store, it most likely will not be caught by security footage at any time of day.

I would give this Albertsons a 5 star, however they removed their self checkout, and put in a 15 or less isle that I have never seen used in the last few months. On top of that after about 8pm only one associate is working the tills so what used to take only a few minutes now take over ten as the line is almost always 3 or more people. Edit: for example in the time Ive made this edit we could of all checked out via self checkout.

This place sucks. Its ugly, old, and home to some of the most overpriced groceries around. It doesnt even have good weekly coupons and its best sales are still priced higher than the average price at WinCo. It makes Fed Meyers seem super affordable. I hate that I live next to this budget tragedy. Why couldnt it be something else? :(

Liked Albertsons better before they were bought out. They got rid of self check-out which I miss, also miss some of the Albertsons brand that they eliminated to replace with the Safeway generic brand. But relatively reasonable prices and staff is always helpful and friendly.

Long lines, so-called Express is 15 items! Yes, Fifteen! And no self-serve desks. Checkout lines can extend up the aisles. Now we use Thriftway instead. Just half a mile away and efficient checkout. Two stars coz they have really nice staff.

Your standard Albertsons with higher quality products than lower end chain grocery stores, more organic produce, and slightly higher prices. Try to use the deals and discounts that Albertsons offers, as there are always quite a few.

No self check out. I only ever get a few items at a time, and i always seem to get stuck in line behind people with a cart full of stuff. Other than that main peeve, staff is nice, hard to track down though.

Neighborhood market of our household for years. I dont recommend full on grocery shopping here. Spendy for most items. When they have deals and coupons theyre typically really good items for a good price.

I miss the self checkout. That went away once Albertsons bought Safeway and implemented their POS system. Their bakery is meh but some of the deli staff are top notch customer service folks.

My wife asked the new guy where the eggs were, and he told her (no joke) to go ask someone else. Almost earned this location three stars, but the cashier and deli counter worker were awesome.
