I had one of the worst experience at Manila today. I bought spinach and while checking it out the lady did not give me plastic bag so I said: Can I have a plastic bag please? She looked visibly upset and slammed a very small plastic bag on the counter. I looked at the bag and said to her I want a bigger bag, then in anger she forced the spinach in the bag. I asked her again can I have a bigger bag because that one is too small. Then she yelled : Mom she wants a bigger bag. At this point I am just confused. Her mom tries to put the spinach in a trash bag and I told her no I want a clean and bigger plastic bag. Then the mother tells me: Do you know how much the plastic bag costs us?? 5 cents. Then the daughter yell: Mom why dont you ask her for the 5 cents. I told them they are really rude and I will never come there again. Then the daughter yells : Get educated. I looked at her and said: same to you. I honestly feel that no one should be treated that way. This asian store has the worst customer service I have ever seen and even though I have to drive 30 mins I will happily go to Fubon.

The whole store are rude, rude, and rude! Especially the old lady (the owners mom) that works there also. She treat her customer like trash, mean, and grumpy. The owner of course is an idiot to put his mom to work there. I have experience lots of bad services there before and I am ok to tolerated their rudeness in the past, but today, I will not tolerate Manilas store any longer and they lost not just me as a customer, but my 1000s of friends that I will be spreading the story to. The old lady insulted my mom in Vietnamese, and I happened to walked by and confronted her, she was rude and said "I dont talk to you!" and walk off... what a b*tch! I did not know that she is the owners mom, so I told him that the old lady back there is rude, he started yelling at me... well I dont blame him for defending his mom just like me defending my mom, but if they want to have a good running business, the idiot store owner need to get rid of the grumpy old lady. I know that me and my friends will not be their customers for life from here on out.

Today, I bought 1 chicken she who is owner weight it 3.15 pounds, but at home I checked it was just 2.1 pounds. I came back to complain ...but her mother refused and said it not show on receip (but chicken on receipt is product??) so I want to see her daughter who sold me this chicken...when she came she said because scale problems...then I had my money back with no a word sorry. Customers, Let careful this market they are cheating customer that myself is victim. (my chicken showed on receipt as product???)

Worst Customer Service Ever! I gave them two chances and will never go back again. They laugh at you behind your back and make fun of the elderly. I hope Karma bites them in the butt! Go 1 mile west down TV HWY to Viet Thai Market, they are open every single day, and are the nicest people. Saving a few cents at the Manila market is a slap in the face, I would gladly pay more somewhere else!
