Worst pharmacy ever. I would give them zero stars if possible. My son was diagnosed with a suspected MRSA infection in his foot, and the doctor prescribed a heavy duty antibiotic that she wanted him on ASAP. A full 2 hours after calling it in, they FINALLY had it ready for pickup. Then they wouldnt give it to me claiming my doctor wasnt on my health insurance plan, so my insurance wouldnt pay for any medications prescribed by that doctor and that I would need to pay them over $200 cash for it. So I drove back to the doctors office, and relayed that info. My now frantic doctor called them and straightened it out. I went back to pick it up, and they suddenly tell me it cant be filled because that antibiotic isnt covered by my insurance, period. At that point 5 hours had elapsed, and the infection had spread 3 inches up his leg. My son had to be admitted to the hospital because of this pharmacys epic failures in getting medication dispensed in a timely fashion, and repeated screwups (like saying my doctor wasnt on my insurance. . . ) I will never go to this pharmacy again, and suggest that if you value your health you avoid them as well. The woman in line in front of me was in for the 3rd time that day, infant in tow, because THEY had called HER, saying her medication was ready for pickup and for the third time that day turned her away saying it was a mistake and not actually ready. These clowns need to get their act together. People are suffering because of their ineptitude.

Very friendly employees. I honestly would say that my only annoyance is when 5 in a row ask if im finding everything okay... Definitely better than the alternative. They have "family friendly" check outs, which seems silly but are actually nice when you have a hyper, loud, toddler and dont feel like getting dirty looks from other ppl in line. All of the long term employees are great w/my 3 year old so Im a regular. Plus there are 2, yes 2, Starbucks in the building! Decent organic produce (3 stars) and a large-ish natural food selection. Large liquor, Beer and CHEESE selection (5 stars)! Good sales. Never buy clothes unless theyre on a great sale 50%+ . . . Because they start out overpriced but will likely be 70% off if youre patient.

At 8:30 today my wife went into your Starbucks location for our normal drinks. The girl with the different glasses took our orders, but when she entered mine I could see it was wrong on the screen. I politely informed her that it was incorrect and she was not very personable when she realize this. She snapped at me and acted as if I did something wrong. She was rude and obviously was having a bad day or something. I will not return if this is an acceptable way to treat customers.

For a *chain store*, its not too shabby -- especially since the reno. Also, they recently redid the entire parking lot -- especially the front areas that face the street. They have something called the "Click List": grocery ordering online: Sometimes when youre in the store youll see people in red shirts driving shopping baskets-these are the "personal shoppers" that fill the orders <- guessing, but it makes sense.

I love the diversity of this store. From the amazing bakery to the clothing dept, our family are huge fans of the quality. Weve had some issues with some obviously overworked and stressed out managers who could really care less to help both their cashiers or customers on multiple occasions but we still make the 45 minutes drive to shop here at least twice a month and hope for no employee issues.

Lacey Police patrol here, inside and out. I feel safe while shopping here but it makes me wonder what goes on and why they need that much patrols when they have cameras all over the place.... The workers are nice and the isles are well labeled. Great produce and grocery selection! They carry shoes, clothing, furniture, plants, gardening items and pet accessories

My car stopped working and I went over to the fred Myers gas station and bought some stuff to see if it would help. I explained to the young man working at the time and he said I would help if I could.so after he got off we were still stuck and he came over and help figure out the problem he was such a sweet, kind boy who deserves a raise thank you!

Excellent selection of groceries, including organic and local businesses. Deli, bakery, meat/seafood, cheese, Greek food items, ready to eat lunches... There is a sitting area next to the Starbucks by customer service that is extremely convenient if you need to get off your feet for a bit or charge your phone. And free Wi-Fi is always a plus

They have decent sales, excellent produce, and one of the largest selections of organic and healthy foods sections around including holistic vitamins and natural soaps and deodorants. It is also one of the few grocery stores around that has a decent bulk section. As an added bonus almost all of the employees are helpful and friendly.

They have excellent customer service, the deli for example is closed or just closing when I get there and the people that are working stop what are doing help me with a smile . This is a large store so it pretty much has everything you need . They just remodeled and it turned out great ...

I have found the morning staff is rude, however the night staff is the reason I love this fred meyer. They will help who is in front of them, are very friendly, and overall the best customer service Ive had. Especially Roger one of the managers and Sarah at the customer service desk.

I absolutely adore the produce section! So many choices and things you cannot find anywhere else. Also LOVE the cheese bar, and the helpful staff that work behind the counter. All staff is always friendly, selection of items in all departments is excellent.

I just reminded my self why I dont so shop here offal prices they clam to be competitive. Which are not by the way. And they have out dated policies. Nothing I cant buy at a better prices should be there slogan. Completely and as always not satisfied

pretty good grab and go food selection for lunch.... salads and sushi, which can surprise some. There are some sketchy folks around, so they usually have police on site for shoplifters. And Ive seen homeless eating out of the garbage outside.

This is my go-to everything-in-one-place store. I dont have much interaction with staff, though the cashiers are usually friendly. They have pretty much everything youd need. They even have hippie-friendly food in their grocery section.

Staff is a bit stuffy and unhelpful and the layout of the store is very confusing compared to other Fred Meyers in town. The pharmacy staff is especially rude and like to close fifteen to twenty minutes earlier than they are supposed to.

The new layout is nice and offers higher quality options for both groceries and home goods. The parking lot is often a challenge. The electronics department is pretty light in stock and their prices in are often more than other stores.
