Like a first time buyer I wanted to try a used car dealer first. But, this dealer is the worse. I visited the dealer to see if I could purchase a Gray Toyota Camry 2017 SE with only 23K miles on it. I was able to test drive the car, so we started the process they ran my credit. The total cost was $23K for the car with a 10.99% interest which is way to high. Almost the same price as a new car 0 miles. They were requesting $5k down to be able to take the car which in no way I made the deal. Also, the sales person had no experience at all. The funny part was the sales man had to keep leaving the office. Just to run my credit and to negotiate with the banks supposely. Which I dont believe sales guy kept asking his managers or higher ups on what to do. Then a guy came in saying: " I make things happen whats going on". I wanted to laugh, so hard as he failed to close a deal as well. The other irritating part was that he kept asking my dad to co-sign. When I specifically told then I wanted to open credit on my own. To end this I went to a big Toyota dealer with a average credit score. At age 22 Toyota approved me for a Toyota Camry 2017, and 0 miles never used. Car was brand new for the same price 23k, plus all the add-ons I added. The total price was 25k for the car I had premium sound, sun roof, and clear paint cover. The best part of my purchase was went toyota gave the 0% interest promotion and allowed me to pay 350 a month. Also, I only gave 3500 as a down payment, even though that amount was not required. Now, I have a new toyota camry and my fico credit score has increased to 700 at 22 years old. Finally, I will never recommend this dealer cars are over priced. Almost the same price as a brand new one cost. I have purchased my second car now and what I noticed the dealer sales guy never left the office everything was done in the office. I told the guy about my experience with this dealer, and he laughed so hard! Anyways, do not go here they will over price things like crazy.

BUYER BEWARE! If you want to be treated like garbage, not called back, not respected, and charged too much to do it - this is the place to come. Tried to purchase a vehicle from them, was given the run around trying to get information, and never a call back. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes several times, I would hang up, call back and suddenly the person I was trying to reach was available! I tried to make an appointment to come see and purchase a vehicle several times and no one seemed to want to take my money! It went on for over three days! Absolutely ridiculous! Then when I finally talk to someone, the vehicle I had been calling about suddenly sold 10 minutes ago, so they try to push me towards another vehicle that was completely the opposite of what I said I was looking for. I dealt with Alan (Terrible), Nadia (Terrible) and William (Eh). They wont call you back, they will loose your loan application, make you fill one out several times (talk about unprofessional) and misplace your information. We had our own financing but wanted to see if their rate was better. The vehicle we wanted was priced much higher than KBB, and when asked if negotiable they suggested we were cheap and if we wanted a cheap car we could go somewhere else. Well ladies and gentlemen, that is exactly what we did. I do not suggest you buy from them at all. They buy most of their cars at Auction (known fact - check the Carfax of the vehicle you want) so you know they have wiggle room on price. Totally rude & unprofessional experience! Horrible Customer Service, and there are much better deals out there!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.... POOR QUALITY & POOR SERVICE Two days after purchasing the CHECK ENGINE light went on, had the truck inspected and came to find out there was about $2,000 worth of repairs needed along with dirty oil because they didnt perform any routine maintence. My guess is they somehow turned off the check engine light and were fully aware of the issues at hand but none the less wanted to make a sale. Called about four times to speak to someone about the issues and STILL no call back! I had read reviews through Yelp and Google, some bad and some good so I wasnt sure what to expect once I had arrived. The first sales person was employed there all of two weeks and did not have answers to ANY of our questions. Second sales person who we sat with to discuss numbers and take the loan application was nice however not too knowledgeable on specifics but was better than the first (and again had been working there all of one week). The third person we dealt with was much more knowledgeable but had initiallly said we would be provided with a 30 day warranty in case of any issues. Once we got to finance to sign the sales contract they presented the form stating there was not a 30 day warranty and offered the extended warranty at a discounted rate. Both of us have called this place several times with difficulty getting through......... I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH MY GUT FEELING about this place and advised my friend who was purchasing not too but I didnt. I had a funny feeling and you should always trust your gut.

I made an internet request and was contacted by Christian and told him what I was looking for in a diesel truck. He promptly emailed me several trucks that met my needs. I eventually chose a 2016 RAM 2500 with very low miles. We were able to work out a tentative deal before I came out. Christian pointed out minor scratches and dings and even sent me photos. I was impressed when I came out to the lot. It is huge. Sort of a CarMax on steroids for trucks. Despite his young age, Christian was very knowledgable about diesel trucks. I worked out a very good deal with Jose, one of the finance managers. Christian and Jose were very honest, professional and friendly throughout the process. If you are looking for a used truck, I would highly recommend this dealership. If you are planning to come here, or any used lot, I would recommend you do the following: 1. Do your homework. Know what you want, what the fair market price is, and how much you are willing to pay. There are many internet resources for this. 2. If you have a trade in, go to CarMax first and have it appraised. This can help you with negotiating the trade in price. 3. Get your financing pre-approved through your credit union or bank. This is also helpful when negotiating a price and the dealer may be able to beat your rate. 4. Be realistic. There is always some risk when buying a used car. On the other hand, you can save a lot of money and get a great vehicle.

I Purchased my 2011 GMC Denali from Pacific Auto Center, The truck was in good condition overall, Needed some cosmetic parts, Ill get into that in a minute. Arbey Burgos was very helpful in my purchase and let me test drive a few trucks before I made up my mind. He was very patient and even offered us water, overall a honest guy 5 Stars for that guy!! Only awkward was when he asked my for my driver license which was awkward.Considering I didnt even test drive the vehicles yet. I understand company policy. Things that would of gave them 5 stars would of been. 1. My truck didnt come with original Floor Mats even after requesting some, They pulled out some random floor mats from another truck. (Should of had Denali Floor mats) 2. The truck should of been detailed prior me driven it off the lot. They Supposedly washed the truck but it only seem like they did it quick wipe down which made it worse (Truck is black) 3. The Paper work took a very long time, Especially after me telling them I was 4 hours away from home. Took about 1 hour to get the numbers right. 4. They did offer to put gas on the truck, I full tank of gas would of been nice but they only put a quarter of a tank? Why even put gas. Overall I had a pleasant experience and wouldnt hesitate to buy another vehicle from here again. They just need to brush off their skills in a few areas.
