LOW QUALITY CARS! LOW QUALITY PEOPLE! DO NOT TRUST SALES PEOPLE ESPECIALLY "FINANCE MANAGER" MARCUS RAHIMI. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever been involved with. Unfortunately they will sell you a car that will need everything from new brakes to new transmission. Despite test drives, you wont know until just about the time you get the car home after purchasing it, then you realize the car isnt quite what you bargained for. Unfortunately in our case, a car that was sold as "clean" (yes there was a CarFax), but somehow just nearly escaped a "salvage title." Dealing with these people will truly turn your life into a nightmare. The owner doesnt exist and you can never talk to him. Even after requesting to talk to him, they will not have him call you and they will not provide you a way to contact him. They claim to be a part of the "BBB," but after further research we found they are not accredited. When we took our car to the mechanic after buying it (unfortunately) and getting the run down on everything we would have to fix now that we owned it, we were informed that this is the type of business they do. Bringing cars with major problems to a mechanic, finding out it will be expensive to fix and getting them to shut off a check engine light in order to sell it their customers at top dollar. Before we even told the mechanic where we bought it, he already knew we bought it from "Time Auto Group." *Looking at their website, seeing a lot of the cars as “SOLD!” might look like they do promising business, but some of the cars on there are months, even years old. In addition, our vehicle did not pass smog and we were presented with a fake smog certificate which read "Pass." It cost us thousands to be able to get it running in a safe manner. We dont want anything like this to happen to anyone else. STAY AWAY!!!! ^This is my review from Time Auto Group which has now changed their name to Empire Auto Team, probably because they have such a terrible name in this business. They are cheats and liars. I have seen many people be taken by these awful people. I believe Marcus Rahimi now works for San Diego Auto Club, still ripping people off as usual. Please do not trust these people. Buy a car somewhere with a good reputation that does not have to change their name....

Update: after posting this review I received my plates and registration in the mail the next day. I also received a check 2 days ago to cover the part that went out. Let me just say that this review would have been 5 stars if i did not have to go through the lengths i have to make it right. . I appreciate the fact that it was taken care of. However future advise would be to take care of issues in a timely manner and do not allow a customer to be unsatisfied with service. Thank you for finally handling the situation. . . Original post: right now if i could give a zero star I would! Service is unacceptable! Bought a car from here my husband loves it. Not even 12 hrs later the power steering pump goes out. Call and was told they would send a check to cover part. Never received such check. After several calls was told that they sent the registration and plates but that we owed back registration on the car so they kept the check to pay towards it. Looked at paperwork and it shows we paid the registration. Called to tell them and they said it was more than what they put and thay they would send us a bill for the difference. Then we still have not received plates or registration and was told it was send back by ups because they were too busy and could not guarantee an overnight delivery. So it was sent to fedex. Yet tracking number for fedex is not valid and they want to bill us for the money they are out for all these fees. They are not listed with better business Bureau. I have request business license number, and corporate or owner information and ha e received nothing! Next is my lawyer!!

All these cars are terible quality, they say there all serviced and ready to go, i test drived 2 cars and both drove terrible. I teat drove an evo 8 and it was slower then any car ive ever driving and all interior bits were falling apart it never held boost and sounded like it was about to blow up every time i stepped on the gas, the second car was an s2000. The clutch was slipping so bad and the guy told me the motor was high in torque i told him no it wasent the car has 150tq and 240hp its a low torque car and he tried to telll me such a terrible lie! These cars and people are a scam dont buy from this dealer terrible terrible teribble!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. I made the mistake of purchasing a Subaru WRX from these thieves. Within a week of owning the car, I had multiple check engine codes going off. There is also a huge boost leak, but I wouldnt have know that since the car was test driven in OB where the speed limit is 25mph everywhere. The front axle is also shot, and I can hear it clunking around whenever I go over a bump. Do not buy from these people, or at the very least, get the car inspected by an independent mechanic first.

First Off this place Tops When I say Tops places to Buy a Used Car, My brother and I bought a 2009 Tacoma from July this year and WE LOVE IT!! The management was reliable, NO TYPICAL SALES BS, Pricing was great and YES, the auto loan I got with my bad credit rocks! No Big Lenders like Bank of America would give me a loan. Trucks were not only what they had though, saw some nice sports cars there too.
