The worst dealership you can go to. Especially for young people who are first time buyers looking for a car to pay on their own and take that same day. They will take advantage of you and try to sell you a car that doesnt even work. I test drove a mustang that appeared to fine, took it out of the lot, parked it revved the engine a few times. And when i brought it back to the lot sure enough the check engine light came on. I told the dealer about it and he said that it probably wasnt anything big, that they had just gotten it smogged the day before which is a lie because you cant get a car smogged with an engine light. They made up a bunch of stuff like they had just washed the engine (which is not good to do in cars because it causes electric problems) they looked up the problem and claimed that it was the spark cables. Which didnt seem like a big deal. I am still waiting on my car till this day and it has been a month. The dealer Matt will sit there and lie to your face about when you are going to get your car, and when they are going to take it to the mechanic and you will go to the dealership a week later to ask about the car and youll find that the car is still sitting in the lot. They will try to find the cheapest mechanic in the street who doesnt know how to fix real cars and they will end up sending it to 3 or 4 mechanics. And to make matters worse they will let you borrow a car, because they want to be able to screw you with the finance company. This car will have 230,000 miles on it ready to break down any minute, and it will smell so bad like cigarrettes and it will make you want to throw up. I have asthma and i am coughing A LOT. Dont come here if you want a used car thats in good shape. This isnt the only car they have been trying to fix. If you go to the lot you will find 3 or 4 other cars that buyers have complained about, and a lot of those cars remain there for a while. I called the dealer over the phone after he claimed to have towed my car to the mechanic, i have been asking him for 2 weeks now to give me the mechanics info. and location and he refuses. He got upset at me for asking for the information again and he raised his voice and told me to shut up, and began to yell at me and told me to pick up my money. I spoke to their financers and the finance company "Veros Credit" doesnt seem to answer their phone anymore, i have left voicemails and have not received any calls back whatsoever.

So heres the deal...as far as convenience and ease of shopping for a car these guys are great. My wife and I went in late on a Wednesday evening needing a car because we both work in locations very separate from each other. Matt was very helpful and worked with my wife (whos credit was non-existent) and got her in a low mile vehicle that evening! We were very happy with the service here...however, two weeks after our purchase we got the "hight temp" indicator on the dash, two weeks after that we noticed an oily substance underneath the car; it wasnt a lot but it was there and just this week my wife started her car only to have it shake violently and sputter. Unfortunately none of these maintenance issues are covered under any sort of warranty and it is going to require us to pay out of pocket for the repairs. We got a mech at a local mechanics shop to give us a quote and to fix all 3 issues (parts and labor + diagnostic fee) would be upwards of $1500. We were a bit disappointed that we would have to pay out of pocket since the vehicle started showing symptoms just a few weeks of our ownership and only after 6 weeks of ownership there were so many, and expensive things wrong with it. Perhaps we just chose poorly with the vehicle, or it was just bad luck, or maybe these were problems that were there and just "polished over" so to speak in order to sell the car, we will never know for sure, but with all things considered I think for our situation 3 stars is a fair rating. I would recommend this auto dealer, but I would also encourage any buyer to have the car looked over by their mechanic before buying...unfortunately our situation did not afford us the time to do that.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy a car from these scam artists! I shouldve shopped around more but was in a bind and needed to get a car. Did my research and found one I liked that they had in stock. The car was listed far above KBB value. When I came at them with a lower offer to the fair value, the sales associate treated me like a moron and said I didnt know how the car industry worked. Ive negotiated and bought several cars all with good results until this experience. Because I wanted them to knock $500 off, they said it could be done but that they would not do any repairs that I requested. They were cosmetic and supposedly the car was in great condition otherwise so I opted for the money off. Its been less than a year since I bought the car and Ive had to replace the brakes, get a new radiator, a panel on the side is falling off, and there is rust EVERYWHERE underneath which I did not think to check. Im down $1,200 in repairs so far off an initial $3,500 investment. To top is off, the car broke down again last week and the bill is $800. I did some research and it turns out there is a recall on my vehicle that was issued just a few months before. According to the records this is when they bought it...something tells me this isnt a coincidence. Called to talk to them about it and as soon as I said it could be considered fraud they said call a lawyer and hung up on me. Deception is the name of their game, dont play.

These guys are awful!!! DO NOT buy a vehicle from them. I purchased a vehicle from them and there were some major mechanical issues. When I called the owner up and demanded they help fix this he immediately became defensive and tried to turn it back on me. He stated I had no write calling and that my attitude was terrible, etc. Not only am I floored at his response I will be speaking with the board. He also stated that I signed the dotted line and its a done deal so go f yourself basically. These people are dishonest, unprofessional, and arrogant. I recommend you go to another lot if you are looking for honest, hard working people. 4/3 UPDATE: Sam proceeded to call me quickly after the other gentlemen shot me down. He asked me to come in immediately with my list from my mechanic. Not only was he willing to correct the issues immediately he also gave me a check on the spot to cover what I had paid for out of pocket. I have to say I was disappointed that day but San restored my faith in people and he truly did what was "right" for the customer and for that Im grateful. I would absolutely recommend working with him and Thank you Sam for everything you have done!
