I dont recommend this place, horrible costumer service by miguel diaz while test driving a car he was disrespecting my father in law telling him that his opinion did not matter because he wasnt paying for the car. Really? When he knew that he was going to co sign. He got mad because my father in law said he felt the truck jumpy and miguel said it was because of the big rims and we agreed but asked if we can test drive it with the original rims, he raised his voice saying that i liked the car how it was and we should make the deal as is and my father in laws opinion should not affect my decision. He asked my girlfriend what credit score he had and she said around 800, he apologized and said he was going to apoligize to my father in law, my father in law was already mad outside the office because miguel diaz was yelling at him very agressively. I could not believe that this sales rep was so incopetent to sell us the car. We were so sure to get the car until his lack of respect towards us. Never again will I look at a car here and I wont recommend anybody to come here. I went nxt door to pacific auto sales and they treated us with much respect and dignity. Bought the car of my dreams :) thanks auto depot for directing me to another place

My daughter was sold an over priced car, that she could not afford. Omar was in charge of that sale. After they agreed on everything, he called her telling her she had to come up with an additional $800, which she did not have. The engine light was on so she drove from San Diego to have it check. A few days later she discovered the car was leaking fluids. She made an appointment aan drove another time from San Diego. Both times she waited several hours for service. The second trip she had to leave before they did the work. Now she has to pay someone local to fix it. The other day Omar called me because she is late on the car payment that she cant afford. When I questioned staff about the poor service and tried to work out a way for them to help her, staff let me know they are short handed and dont have the means to go get her car, service it and return it. To fix the car would require a third trip from San Diego and an unknown amount of wait time all at her expense. When I asked Omar to explain why he sold her an over priced car that she could not afford, that wasnt ready to be driven off the lot, that then required an additional $800, he told me he didnt have to talk to me and hung up.

What a great experience I had buying a car from Autodepot. I liked that they have had the carfax on their site. Their customer service is great. I spoke with Francisco about buying a 2012 Nissan 370z. Because I live 45miles from their lot, he recommend I fill out a Pre-Approved application first and so I did. He called me the next day to make sure all information was correct. Francisco gave me a call back a couple of hours later saying Ive been approved. I was super happy! When I first saw the pictures of the car on their website it looked very clean but wanted to see how well the car drives. Yes there were dents and scratches but the only reason why I didnt mind the dents and scratches is because I already planned on making the car into a project car. 2 days later a friend and I drove to Autodepot. I test drove the car and it drove smoothly. Francisco did his best to give me the best deal with a low parentage rate. He is well educated and walked me through everything I needed to know when I was signing the papers. It was definitely a great buying experience. Thanks again Francisco!

If I could give less than one star I certainly would do so. Do NOT buy a vehicle from these people. My husband and I purchased a used truck in June 2015 and within one week of getting it home, the "wrench light" went on. Upon taking it to our local Ford dealer, we were told that our vehicle contained an aftermarket oil cooler and EGR cooler. These two aftermarket systems had failed. Although we purchased an extended warranty from Auto Depot, the replacement of an aftermarket part is NOT covered. We have had to pay out $4,072.35 to get truck fixed! I might add that these aftermarket systems were not listed on the Carfax report and the dealer did not disclose this information to us. When my husband emailed the manager of Auto Depot, he was told that the vehicle was sold "as is." He told us he would talk to the owner, but he never got back in touch with us. Basically they have blown us off. Whatever you do, do NOT buy a vehicle from these dishonest people!! Otherwise, expect to get ripped off!

I recently purchased a an 06 Mazdaspeed 6 here. I didnt feel any pressure whatsoever while making my purchase. Edgar & Don worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the numbers and comfortable with the purchase. I did the purchase via the draft process and they made things very easy (unlike my previous purchase from a different dealer via the draft process). Both people I came in contact with were very personable, and Edgar was very upbeat, listening to my concerns about my purchase, which he then relayed to Don the manager. If they happen to have a car Im interested in, I wouldnt hesitate to return. Just like any purchase (large or small), I advise a buyer to do some searches on the product online prior to coming out to be well informed and to know what to look for. The only thing I wish they had was a dealership closer to my home :) Thanks again Edgar & Don!

This place is horrible please stay away! Miguel diaz is the worst sales person ever! If i were the owner i would have fired him on the spot. He is super disrespectful. He yelled at my father and made a scene in the office like really? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. He doesnt even know the specs of the cars...and a friend of mine told me that their cars have issues and wont help you after you buy them.....i still cant believe the incopetence of the sales rep hes a joke honestly lol oh and by the way all the positive reviews are from them and their families lol well they have to eat right? Hahah

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Went to see a early GTI. They started it up and it was knocking, misfiring and all that mess. Was told it was the valve cover. Valve cover only has a gasket to cover the valves. Guess they dont know cars but they sell them? Then test drove a BRZ the SAME day. Steering wheel was off so needed an alignment clearly. I dont care if they fix the cars before purchase. They should be ready to sell on the lot. Went to a VW Certified Dealer. Got myself a 2017 GTI for an awesome monthly.
